“Disgusted. Had to be In contact with customer service 4 times already, get told different excuse every time and still I have no parcel!!!! Useless at answering their phone. So struggling to get my refund. It’s a joke”

“Absolutely shocking service, ordered placed with a delivery expected within 48 hours. Received an email stating a tracking number would sent out. Still no tracking number after 5 days, spoke with someone on the phone who explained my order was lost in the system due to a website migration. Was assured the order would be pushed through that day... Still no delivery or tracking number another 4 days later and can't reach anyone on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!”

“Still waiting for outstanding goods - months I've waited - sent 2 emails and commented on facebook - only to be assured that someone will look in to it. I'm really not happy - you've taken my money and not supplied the goods. No interested in 10% off - WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!”

“Joke of a place no email regarding my order status and when I contacted after 5 days told me it hadent been sent out due to a error yet my money had let my account day I orderd if I wouldn't of contacted them I wouldn't of known anything”

“I had to chase my order, was told it was lost in transit and a refund would be given, had to chase for a refund was told it is being processed, still not received my refund as yet. Will contact trading standards if money not received this week. This was my first...and last experience with clearanceshed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“I have still not received my order and its nearly 3 weeks since I put my order in. At first they were really helpful giving me a tracking number but on the day it was supposed to be delivered it was returned (apparently due to the paint tin being damaged). I have emailed and tried to call and have not had a response to either. I was really impressed with the value of these products but delivery has yet to happen so I cannot recommend.”

“I ordered 3 tins of paint, and was sent only one on Monday. When I called to query this, I was told that there had been an error, and the rest of the order would be sent out on a 24 hour delivery, which I thought was fair enough, mistakes happen. But when nothing arrived the following day (Tuesday) I called again and was told that the remainder of my order was being sent out that day on a 48 hour delivery and may not arrive until Friday! The project I needed the paint for has been delayed and I have taken time out of work twice for deliveries. This is very poor after-sales service in my opinion, and I wouldn’t feel confident using Clearance Shed again.”

“Been over a week and still not had my order or even a dispatch email. Emailed three times and had no reply! Lucky I payed with PayPal so can claim my money back. AVOID”

“I had to wait 3 weeks for my order, I emailed for updates several times and no response and then when I finally did arrive it was left in shop below with no delivery note at my address or any message. Luckily people in the shop below are loyal and brought it too me, otherwise if not I would never of known it had arrived. Also the box was open when I received it. No delivery note, no contact with myself when contacting clearance shed, no confirmation email of delivery let alone order either. Appalling service and will Defo never use again”
