After many phone calls trying to make me pay over a £1000 I told I will see you in court, I’m glad I did they failed to turn up or supply any evidence to the court so it was thrown out. Scam scam scam took over a£1000 off me when I was at home a year ago with covid said only taking £5.99 the bank won’t help you as you’ve authorised them then they take more and more then ignore every call for a year then today they rung up cold calling me all over again forgetting they had already scammed me it’s a joke no protection from bank if they call you block there number and hang up don’t know how they sleep absolute thieves”

“Avoid at all costs. Do not use them. They tried to take money from account, which the Bank stopped and then stopped my card. I asked for a VAT and proof of service delivery - nothing. The tried to get a CCJ, and didn't serve papers correctly. I want my time in front of a judge. The attempt to take money for no services received has been reported as fraud and the HMRC are looking at them in relation to their refusal to provide a VAT receipt. I believe they are scammers.”
“We got the same claim form which is they asking £1066.01 we trying to called them many times they didn’t answer. When I saw those reviews we realise they are trying to still money from us. They took £5.99 when they phone us. They didn’t do anything. When we got email form from business rate we have to fill everything by us. After that they told to put their reference in the end. “A man called me to offer help to reduce my over valued business rate, after 5.99 charged, I have been told to pay 954 pounds valuation fee which they even did not start any work, The clement should told me about the payment to let me have the option, so this payment is totally scam. Also I stopped the payment they made in their side without my permission.”
“same experience as other one star reviews. They charge a small fee to make you committed and then start demanding money for the job that is not done.
The catch is in their initial phone call where they give you lots of promises and claim if there is no reduction in the report you will get a refund. What they don't say who does the report! the report is from themselves and not from the Valuation office agency. within two weeks you will get a court letter after a few harassing emails. We will have to see them in court then!”
“I went through all the things that all you other unfortunate people did but Lloyds Bank queried with me about the payment so I said no don’t pay it and changed my account so they couldn’t scam any more so then came the letters to take me to court, it was a horrible time with the months that followed with them making me feel so low and right up to the end they tried to intimidate me, that Brian Shribbons but I stuck to my guns with the fantastic support from my two daughters who were absolutely fantastic in getting a case together but surprise surprise the con artists didn’t show….Case dismissed. So don’t let them bully you, even the judge thought they were rogues.”

The bad ones I can, I can relate to the timeline and what took place.
Even when I presented them with evidence from the VOA that they had done nothing, they still continued to harass and bully me.
I've decided I will have my day in court with them.

“Didn’t believe it at first but my gut feeling told me something was wrong. They said they’ll charge £6 and then get us money back on business rates and instead they tried taking out 900+ out of our business account without prior authorisation. Which was luckily cancelled and now we have received a county court claim letter. When we haven’t signed any contract or agreed on anything. Please AVOID and search businesses up before proceeding by giving any information. They had a lot of details about our business but I guess it’s all public information. Such a shame that these businesses are allowed to operate and no one can do anything to shut them down.”

Stay away from these fraudsters. Say you only have to pay £5.99 and then nothing unless they get you a rates refund. No true they take the money anyway and do nothing. I tried to cancel it five days into speaking with them and they ignored this and took the £945 from my account without my permission and have refused to refund and ignored all emails and calls. I am a small business and I work too hard for my money to let this go and have taken legal action and intend to pursue this fully. I have also reported them to my bank, action fraud and watchdog
Just wished i had read all the reviews on here and trust pilot before having any dealings with them as it seems this is what they do all the time. Disgusting company and people that work for them. Shame on you all. Don't know how you sleep at night knowing you scam people for a living”
“Avoid this company. It is a scam. I was bullied into paying over £2000 by sending me court actions even though i had changed my mind as i didn't feel confident that they were a legitimate company. 2 years later, I still haven't received a penny even though I have rang them a few times. I am so angry that they bullied me with court action even though all i had paid was £11.98. They have assured me that my claim is all going through, this has being going on since August 2020 and still nothing. Do not let them bully you into paying anything!!”

I paid them £950, they promised me money and reductions and they disappeared. If they want to help you, ask them to keep part of the profits after they successfully do what they promise. They won't accept this. They want money in advance as by doing this they can always claim that the application they prepared for you didn't work.”
