Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

“I had the good fortune of having Daniel take my online query. I was after a replacement part and Daniel went above and beyond to assist me. His time and effort far outweighing the cost of the part! It was like a breath of fresh air, old fashioned service that continued even after I received my part. I couldn't get the hands back on to the spindle so Daniel came to the rescue again. The clock is back up on the wall running smoothly. Need help - ask for Daniel!!!”

“My extensive research led me to The Clock Shop to replace my 30 year old cuckoo clock. Customer service was excellent and very friendly - I asked for a video of the clock I had decided on and it arrived in no time at all. “The whole experience of buying a cuckoo clock was wonderful. I had a a lot of trouble deciding which one I wanted, but the ladies were happy to spend as much time as I needed with me to work out the perfect clock. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They took them off the wall so I could see them up close and listen to the sounds. There were also flexible payment options which made it much easier to put a deposit down and pick up when I was ready.”

“Everyone with whom l have spoken to via an e-mail, have been extremely helpful. Quick and prompt service, replies and product arriving within a very short time frame. It is good that there is a clock shop/business in Australia were we can purchase the part we need for our clocks. With the clock movement, parts are measured and described extremely well so that we as the customer have a better understanding of the size type and style of clock movement that we need. It saves the hassle of going and buying one off the shelf and realising it is not the correct size. Which l have already done.”
