“Awful don’t use. Prebooked taxis but one didn’t turn up and told they had no car available for the return. Kept me on hold for 10 minutes when trying to chase. Spoilt evening. Not sure why they take bookings they are not going to fulfil. Avoid like the plague!!!”

“Would never use again, booked a cab eventually turned up 40 minutes late. Repeatedly rang for updates and never got an answer. Driver turned up and set off in completely wrong direction assuring me it was the quickest way and I ended up being an hour late for my appointment. Pathetic company”

“Avoid!! Like other recent customers I can’t say enough how unreliable this company is and how poor their customer service is. Do not use them! I pre-booked a taxi to bring me and my 4-year-old home from the train station after a long day in London. 15 minutes from our expected pick up time I receive a call from the dispatcher to say they have no cars available - ludicrous considering I pre-booked this car with absolutely no issues for a pick up at 11:10pm. The dispatchers argument was that I could just get one from the rank, which yes is possible but knowing that the train is always very busy and there is always a long queue I wanted to make sure I could get my by now totally asleep child safely home. This company have absolutely no interest in customer care, their own company image or in making sure they provide a good service - no doubt my taxi was fielded out for a bigger fare, leaving me and my child waiting out in the queue at the taxi rank, late at night. Don’t use this firm, they will only cause you stress and are not worth it at all. Booking Reference: 3641284”

“Absolutely dreadful start to my holiday. Driver came late was extremely rude. My payment on line would not go through although I approved it and this made the driver more angry. An appalling experience.”

“Pre-booked an airport pick-up over a week in advance. Got a call from the taxi company while we were collecting our luggage from baggage reclaim to say that there was no driver available for a car seat for our baby (which we had specifically requested when booking). We were then told that there were no other cars available with a car seat, so we were left stranded at Gatwick, with a baby and no taxi home, which was not what was needed! Totally unreliable service - we will not be using them again!”

“Pre booked to pick my daughter and friend from Gatwick waiting over a hour And the controller started shouting at my daughter when she kept asking where the drive is She received a text with someone Else details. As you can imagine not happy So if you do use them good luck Local resident based in Epson.”

“Pre booked a taxi to pick us up from Wembley after a concert We knew the trains were on strike Our taxi did not show up when we rang the company we were hung up on twice Then on the third time was told the driver went home they can send another car in 4 hours 3 young women stranded in London hardly any phone battery and no way of getting home Well done for providing a truly shitty experience”

“Despite calling from Malaga airport to confirm booking and time of arrival with only carry on cases. The taxi did not arrive for over an hour and not even in the car l was expecting!! I had to contact him through the office as he didn’t pick up. Not impressed!!”

“Awful. As per previous review, I would select a negative rating if an option. Ordered a taxi to pick me up, a single lady, from a train station. They called when the car was due to be told “no car available, OK?” NOT ok obviously, no apology nor concern. Will never use again.”

“Would have given this negative stars if I could. I decided to book taxi on Saturday at 6:30pm. Calling them to check where the car is, they kept saying 15 minutes. An hour later I called again and they said the car hasn’t even left yet. I decided to get in another taxi and he even said “they are a scam don’t ever trust Clocktower”. I called again to discuss a refund and was told to “shut up” and this man laughed. I have never been so angry - don’t trust this company EVER. not even worth the “cheaper prices” as they never ever come anyways. Disgusting behaviour. So shameful and should be closed down immediately.”

“If I could leave zero I would. Monday morning. Advance booking and the guy never turned up. Finally after 8 min I call and they tell me he is on way but will be 10/15 min later… What is the point of booking in advance? Unacceptable”

“Booked taxi online well in advance to be picked up at 8:30, at 8:15 (as we are already waiting) they called to say that they cancelled the taxi as they no longer have someone to collect us even though my confirmation email said booking had been confirmed and someone was on their way? Will not be using this company again, and would not recommend to anyone else especially after reading other negative reviews. Poor customer service. When responded to on google they said they couldnt find me on the system despite me being in reciept of a confirmation email so I contacted them on Facebook messanger with my details as requested as there was no other means of contacted. They then read my messages and ignored them. Worst company I think ive ever used (not just a taxi company) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!”

“3rd time I tried to book. 1st time driver called 20 mins late to say he was late. CANCELLED 2nd time got a text 10 mins late, driver broke down. Really? CANCELLED 3rd time driver called 15 mins after pick up time to say he will be another 20 mins. CANCELLED The worst taxi company ever! 1 star is too generous. You have been warned”

“Have used this company before with good results but let down last night by no show pick up at 10'45pm from Effingham. Confirmed by email as 10.45pm but when we emerged at that time no car. When rang to check was told driver was there at 10.17 but as I did not answer the phone (during a recital!!) he cancelled the booking at 10.29 and drove off. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND APP DELETED!!”
