“Initially my vaporizer was not sent with its case, but upon arrival the Hydrology9 has become my go-to vaporizer. I am moderately displeased with the battery life, I find that it goes through 10-15 cycles before needed a 3-5 hour recharge. Don’t get me wrong, that’s a good number of cycles. I am just a heavy user and would appreciate a longer battery life or a shorter charge time. All said, I absolutely love this device and, even with a comment on battery life, I give 5 of 5”

“The tracking said my purchase was delivered but it says was a PO Box in Hayward CA which appears to be where you are located. To date I have not received my product I purchased from you. Pls complete my purchase”

“This thing is amazing. By far my favorite device I own after only a few days of use. This is definitely more of a home vape as the battery doesn’t last long and there is minor leakage. It hits just like a bong but one packed cylinder lasts for 3-4 2 minute sessions and the twisting feature at the bottom makes sure all the product is used without waste. 9.5/10. Would be 10/10 if charging was faster and the battery lasted a bit longer.”
