it seems hard to grab a good hit, but this is my first vape, so I am in the learning. It as far as I can tell, does what it should, but the hitting will take some getting used to, I think part it doesn't have a stem, but we will keep trying.

The vest vape in market! I ordered the product from MX, and It arrived about a week after I made the purchase. An excellent choice if you're looking for a completely new experience.

I don't know if my order made on 4/19 has shipped or not, had 2 shipping conformations if I track it all I get is a shipping label has been made. Sucks, I've wanted to get one so I splurged for my birthday and it didn't happen. Oh well I'm sure I'll enjoy it someday!

the communication on the product being sold out took a little longer than I would have hoped. I was really excited and this was an expensive purchase for me.

Late response on the out of stock situation, I suggest to a better service To all the customers who didn't know what was happening. I almost cancelled the credit card because of the late response, I thought it was fraudulent announcement. Besides of that I'm really anxious to have it in my hands. Any gift will be appreciated lol

I had a glitch in my order but Stanley was right on top of it. He was very accommodating and went right to work to get it straightened out. Recommend this company, hard to find this kind of PR these days

I ordered some spare parts and picked them up on Thursday April 25. When I opened my parcel I found that 2 of the acrylic tubes were not in the parcel. I called your 888-508-1839 number and left a message. I then sent you a email to the support@cloudious9.com to explain the problem. I unfortunately put in the wrong cell number the correct number is 780-991-0340. I would greatly appreciate someone contact me as soon as possible so that we can correct the shortage in my order. Thanks so much Dave Sharpe

The part in the cloudious 9 that can be unscrewed with a flathead got stuck, I cant unscrew it. I think it gets stuck because of the heat it produces. Metal expanding into metal. Other than that, the thing does a good job of vaping. Keep improving the design :)

the product came on time, well packaged and exceeds expectations. I did not receive the extra glass tube the I thought was part of the 420 deal?? Can I still get this??

Being new to this while thing, this was a great experience. The quality and ease of use is great, and far better than any other water filter device I've used in my past.

I purchased the Cloudious9 with hopes of reviewing it on my YouTube channel. My hired model was there when it arrived. It looked perfect, we charged it up and about 20 minutes it went to green. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. We called the company and they asked us to charge for 3’hours. Then it will work. 3 hours of charging did nothing but waste time. When I spoke to the representative he had sent me an email to initiate a RMA (return). I sent the info on Thursday and spoke to another rep who assured me the replacement would go out either Thursday or Friday. Monday still no email, called original rep. He explained he would email the tracking number within 45 mins, a couple hours ago. I want to write another review once I actually get a working Cloudious 9

My first unit died after a week you guys sent out the warranty replacement the next day. Cut to last week and the charger port died it just fell apart. After a quick burial, I ordered number 3. It's the best, it's only fitting you guys are too.

Everything was pretty good except two small issues. One the glass tube was broke when it came, but that potentially happened during shipping. Second, I thought I was missing half my order because the case was shipped separately and arrived two days later. If shipping separately it would be nice to know in advance.
