“Good delivery time and the products taste great, especially like the lemon mousse protein bars.”

“Great products, they taste better than most out there and do the job. I have to say though that speed of delivery is poor. If you are in a hurry order CNP from somewhere else. Half the order arrived after about 2 weeks, then the rest arrived a week after that, the auto updates on the order were poor. I always use CNP products they work for me, but below average delivery.”

“web order Tue 02/06 @ 23:20 , promised dispatch within 24 hours , delivery 3-5 working days except order status has not changed and these would not have been dispatched if I hadn't rung twice today to customer services who also didn't bother to call me back as promised , explained as system error / lots of orders got stuck !! Does anybody monitor this - unprofessional. Exactly the same price as high st even with 20 energy bars ordered, even with introductory discount out-of-pocket and inconvenienced”

“CNP products are great, but I really struggle with the delivery. Always in the middle of the day, and on my last order they missed a number off my tracking number so the parcel ended up returned to CNP. The redelivery then missed out one of my items, meaning another parcel had to be sent. In summary, great product, need to find a shop to buy it from.”

“No issues with the product, more of a gripe with CNP... I generally buy from them when there is a sale on, however they always accept a purchase when they have no stock, meaning that I have to wait 5-14 days for something that should be with me within 2-3... Just a poor trick... That said, I would probably keep buying, the stuff is good if you can deal with/factor in the delivery time”

“Bought a box of CNP Flapjacks as used by the Sky Team. Great product, not too sweet and you can eat without choking whilst on the move. Prefer the Lemon flavour.”

“I Have used this company for over 2 years now and had excellent reliable customer service. They have a flexible internet service i.e: allows you to choose delivery address. The products excellent taste easy to mix ( just try the smoothie range :-) . The Omega is best value product when comparing quantities of EPA DPA DHA against other market leaders.”

“Placed my first order with CNP almost a month ago.... Not received within the 3-5 days advertised. Sent an email after two weeks enquiring as to the order, no reply. Now entering week 4 and still no order. Enough said!?”

“My wife and I usually put in a large order and make it last quite a few months; we were pleased to receive a few samples in our last order when it arrived too. Once we'd tried the samples we got friends to try CNP and we've asked them to order the new products we've tried to supplement our supplies. We obviously like the CNP products and range. Our latest order was WEB9448, despite the online sale you had on at the time - we still had to wait over ten days and that was after my phone call to your depot to ask on the status of our order. It arrived next day, which I'm grateful for but no samples despite its lateness. Not what we're used to - and expect from CNP.”
