“Had to speak to someone in customer services as I needed the order despatched ASAP. The lady who spoke to me understood my situation and responded quickly. This enabled the item to be delivered in time for a colleagues present from the office. I am very happy with this service and so was my colleague :0) Thank You”

“I have now ordered twice from The Coffee Tasting Club and have been delighted with both parcels. The range of coffee to choose from is fantastic and I've loved all the different ones I have ordered. The range of KeepCups is great too. I also love the fact you get a handwritten note with your order, a nice touch which really gives the impression you're getting a personal service from a company that cares.”

“I initially ordered an Aerobie Aeropress coffee maker form the Coffee Tasting Club and added some Call of the Wild espresso ground coffee to go with it. What a revelation. After following the instructions with the Aeropress, I ended up with the best cup of coffee I have ever tasted. I have drunk and made coffee with every possible method for at least 45 years but I was totally blown away with this combination. The very efficient yet friendly service I have received from The Coffee Tasting Club has complimented perfectly the products I have bought from them. I have this morning ordered another three different espresso blends from them and I eagerly await more coffee pleasures to come. Thank you all so much.”

“Ii found out about the Coffee Tasting Club at an event I was attending. Got on line the next day and joined. Before the week was out my first two bags of coffee were delivered, one might well become our standard coffee. What more is there to say, easy web site, good quantities of coffee, quick and efficient delivery - how web shopping should be. My reason for joining - good coffee - my first two purchases suggest this is going to be fun!”

“Honestly guys, I feel horrible. On Saturday I left a terrible review of your service here as I hadn't received my delivery before you asked me to write a review. However - I take it all back!! All of it! I walked into work this morning to find my parcel sitting on my desk. The cup I ordered is amazing! I ordered it for my girlfriend after I accidentally smashed her old one. She loves it. Keepcups are fantastic. The personalised note from Phillippa was a fantastic touch and as soon as I read it I felt horrific about my review I just had to write a new one. I will absolutely order from you again, the service was actually great. I highly recommend your site and can not apologise enough for my previous review. You must have caught me at a bad moment, forgive me? Andy (with tail between legs)”

“After seeing an article in the Nottingham Evening Post about The coffee Tasting Club I decided to give them a go. I went onto their website and easily ordered my coffee. The next day I got a phone call, yes a real person talking to me, to say one of the coffees I ordered was now not available from the roasters. Not knowing what to go for, I was asked about how I drink my coffee and when and made a recommendation. The recommended coffee was brilliant. So for customer service, speed of delivery and quality of coffee I would happily recommend and will be using again without any qualms.”
