“We ordered a replacement Gaggia Classic coffee machine online from Coffeeteca. We'd had our previous Gaggia Classic for 12 years and used it every day. When it broke down we decided to replace it with another. The new machine arrived within a few days and we were excited to try it out. Sadly it appears to be faulty. It is SO INCREDIBLY noisy we have had to wear builder's earmuffs when using it. Plus it's impossible to get the milk to froth. We called Coffeeteca later that day, but they would not accept that there could be anything wrong with the machine, and told us we needed to learn how to use it — this is despite this being an updated version of the same brand of machine we had owned and used daily for 12 years! They had no explanation for the noise at all. We are now hoping that Gaggia can help us and that the machine can be fixed while it's still under warranty. Sadly the closest service centre is located two hours' drive away, so it will have to wait... Not happy!”

“I love my new Gaggia Classic Pro! I had a few questions before the purchase and they were quick to respond to all of my queries, and I got my delivery the next day after putting in the order. They even threw in a free 1kg of coffee beans. Wouldn't hesistate to purchase from them again!”

“Coffeeteca were responsive to my request on the website and called me quickly. Andrew was very helpful in discussing the different Eureka coffee grinders. We had a nice decent chat not just a quick sales phone call. The Atom 75 was well packed and arrived as expected quickly with express post. This website was cheaper than all other places i could find online so i did ask this question and they had purchased a bunch of the machines and no store front. Very Happy. The Atom 75 works liked a dream, 3.10 seconds gets me 18.0g spot on. Thank you.”

“Product and complimentary coffee delivered in less than 24 from placing order. Very impressive. I am unable to comment on the performance of the coffee grinder, as it has not been used, due to coffee maker, from a big bulk store, currently in for a warranty repair The grinder appears beautifully built and finished. I can only rate on this basis.”

“i ordered, it came quickly, no fuss transaction. delivery person was bad though...as item could be identified as it was shipped in it's own box, it was left in full view for thieves to see....i was home and they didn't even knock...coffeeteca needs to take some responsibility as they chose a cheap carrier”

“I purchased a Gaggia Cadorna Prestige from Coffeeteca two months ago. I spoke to Andrew a couple of times prior to purchasing and he was really friendly and helpful on both occasions. On the first occasion I phoned from Perth without realising it was a public holiday in Melbourne. Andrew picked up straight away and was happy to run through my queries. The machine arrived in excellent condition shortly after placing the order. It has been perfect for our family. Easy to use, easy to maintain and a big step up from Nespresso.”
