“A great experience buying our new coffee machine. A quick delivery time. I phoned a day or so after and spoke to Andrew regarding a querie I had with the handle and he explained it all very well. While we were chatting he also gave me other helpful advice which will help me using my lovely new machine. Great customer service.”

“Had a minor problem with a machine, the service, response from the people was exceptional no fuss no bother, they had sent replacement machine almost same day. Fantasic service, quality machines, would be hard pressed to find a better customer service. Than you very much, and my customer support”

“If I could give 10 Stars I would.. thank you for your time with helping me through the questions I had in relation to our purchase.. We purchased the Gaggia Evo Pro and after deep diving into the world of internet I started to have some buyers remorse... all my questions were answered and I am completely in love with our purchase!! After a few attempts to dial in.. I was tasting notes I've never tasted before in coffee.. hands down an incredible machine with not too much tinkering required... star track lost part of my delivery and when i contacted Andrew it was not a problem and new beans are on the way.. I never expected that!!! I am so so so Happy that I jumped off the fence and purchased online from you ..Thank you!! x Melisa”
