“I must say the delivery time was excellent how ever the machine came with a European plug and also the cleaner wasn’t with the machine. contacted the sale people and have apologised and have sent items needed for me to use my Gaggia coffee machine. I have a tracking number so I’m just waiting for the delivery!”

“The Eureka oro 65 grinder is a very well made product. Heavy,quiet and fast. No complaints at all about the grinder. I rang Coffeteca when I received it and left a message. I never got a call back. The manual to this machine is written in Italian English and is not very helpful. Not having owned a grinder with a display etc. I had a Rancillio Rocky before so this was confusing. I think you need to include a quick setup guide in Australian English with your grinders. I had to wade through the net to get the information I needed and wasted a lot of coffee before I got an acceptable setting for a fine grind. For example I did not know that the grind knob was like 24 hour clock and that you had to turn it a good amount to get a fine grind. I received no help from you and wasted a lot of time.”

“I’m was very happy with coffeeteca until my grinder stopped working and I was left to my own devices to get it fixed. Which I still haven’t sorted out and my brand new eureka 65 is faulty has to be sent away to be fixed which is an expense and hassle to me.”

“I recently bought a Eureka grinder. About every 4th grind it faults. The display flashes and I have to reset it and guess the remaining time. The free kilo of coffee beans was stale, with an old roast date :-(”

“iI was happy with the initial purchase but havent been able to get assistance with operating aspects of the machine, I called and emailed asking for someone to call me. The set up instructions are fine but no information about programming the machine. In addition the milk is no where near hot enough but I don't know if this is a fault with the machine or whether it needs adjusting. Can someone contact me 0498200488”
