“I posted a review earlier about how bad this customer service is . Make sure you read ALL the one star ratings because they are all accurate and it’s interesting many have had the same experience. That tells you exactly what you need to know when dealing with this place. I noticed they respond to certain posts to try to cover their butts. Bottom line..... do NOT buy from here. They do not support their customers.”

“Well, we waited for the shipment to actually leave Texas for 19 days and our card was charged the next day we made the purchase. Then our shipment didn’t reach the terminal destination in Jersey City, NJ. The paperwork did, but our shipment was put on a separate company’s trailer, not on Daylight, which is why the shipment was so delayed. It wasn’t Vanities Depot that was the problem. I suggest that you don’t use Daylight Freight for shipping.”

“I recently purchased 2 vanities from vanitiesdepot.com. They both are of great quality. My contractor said they are equal to high-end furniture. The delivery was prompt and communication also. Would buy again.”

“High quality product arrived damaged and they ordered replacement within a day. There was an issue with a tornado that hit near their TX warehouse and also effected UPS. They did their best with what they had. Customer service was very helpful when ever I called for a status update on shipping.”

“Placed two orders over a week ago and have not even gotten a message that the order is being worked. Emailed them, left a phone message to find out about when I could expect my order...crickets. Today, I called eleven times and not a single person ever took my call. It automatically goes to voicemail. No company these days goes this long without letting you know at least when the item will ship. This product is sold on so many sites at the same price, I seem to have hit a loser company.”

“I am very pleased to say that this vanity has far exceeded my expectations! Even though the outer packaging was a bit damaged on arrival the product itself was so well packaged and protected that there was no damage whatsoever to it, and once my husband I saw it, it was “ Love at first sight! This vanity is beautiful!!! We also purchased the mirrors, and one of them got broken in the shipping process, but customer service was excellent and it was replaced! All in all we are very happy about our purchasing experience with Vanities Depot! We will definitely refer them to family and friends, and purchase from Vanities Depot again if need be.”

“We got a great deal on a dark brown queen anne style vanity with attached granite top. Beautiful great quality. I don't know how the delivery driver got it on his liftgate even after watching it in person. Vanity weighs 384lbs. Had to spend another 400 bucks getting it upstairs and set in place. Still a great deal. 100 for faucet 1300 total and it changed the bathroom. Bottom of sink had a little crack so after drain install it seeps a touch. Using flexseal bit by bit and it is sealing up.”
