“Terribly disappointed in the quality of this vanity. I expected better than Home Depot quality, for the price. The drop drawer is excellent for tooth brushes & toothpaste—every vanity should have one! But, the storage space below is awkward at best. We had 2 problems with the quartz top. Overall it looks good but, I wouldn’t buy another.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The design of the storage space is limited by the size of the product (26 inches) where a sink is placed directly below. I hope you are happy with the quality of the solid wood vanity.

“The cabinet is very well-constructed. The bamboo drawer organizer is an added feature. We ordered a quartz countertop from another supplier and they look gorgeous together. The packaging was sturdy and the cabinet had no damage during shipping.”

“excellent quality vanity! Pleasantly surprised at how nice this really is. Concerned with ordering something like this online but ended up very happy that we did. Tongue and grove joints, solid wood construction, and soft close drawers. Fit, finish, and paint quality are flawless. Packaging was bullet proof and shipped on a pallet. This vanity was delivered in about a week. Local cabinet shops quoted the price 2 to 3 times the price we paid from Vanities Depot for a similar vanity. We received a much nicer vanity for a fraction of the price. Have no fear, this is truly the best deal out there on a high quality vanity”

“I bought a 60" James Martin Vanity, unfortunately it arrived without the sinks. The customer service agent was very helpful and responsive. He order the sinks and got them shipped to me within a couple of weeks. I did not have to fight or argue like I have had to do with other companies in the past, it was simple, quick and easy. The experience overall so far has been great and I would buy from this site again.”

“You are required to inspect your delivery for damage within 24 hours. Our 72" base cabinet and marble counter top came shrink-wrapped on a pallet--several hundred pounds between the two items. I noticed damage to the cabinet box and carefully cut away some of the cardboard and Styrofoam to find the back panel of the cabinet crack. Since it was the back panel and had to be removed and modified to accommodate the plumbing, Vanities Depot would not correct the problem. Several months later the several hundred pound 72" marble top was unpacked to find it was cracked all the way through. There was no visible damage to the box. VD would not replace or even give me a discount on a replacement since it was 4 months since the shipment arrived. Their policy is they expect you to unpack and inspect the items within 24 hours. Be prepared to remove all packing materials and then store your exposed order to damage until you or your contractor is prepared to install the pieces. Very impractical process and overall I had the sense that they use this 24 hour policy to make it your problem.”

“We ordered 2 vanities both which arrived in a timely fashion. The delivery man was so nice & helpful. Unfortunately 1 sink was cracked so I called and they sent a new one right away. I would do business again as the customer service is very good and the products are well constructed.”

“I tossed and turned trying to determine which color of Vanity to go with. I ended up purchasing the black Vanity. I originally wanted the White Marble. But it was not available. I was offered the cream one at no additional cost by Vanity Depot. Which was very courteous of them and accommodating to be able to stay on target. During the install. We had a question on what side the drain hole should be on. I sent an email as my contracter waited. To my amazement. I hit send, within 10 minutes, sure enough. A more detailed explanation and answer to my question. I honestly do recommend Vanity Depot. The products are well made. Elegant and the Customer Service I would rate them a 10. Thanks so much Vanity Depot. Much Appreciated! Sincerely, David”
