“everything was delivered in good condition with no damage. items were very well packed and protected. vanity cabinet was beautiful and we love the soapstone counter top. the only down side was that the sinks did not match up with the cabinet openings and installers had to trim one partition on each side to fit. We ordered the 60" cabinet and the sinks were rectangular. Perhaps the holes in the counter top were not cut to match the cabinet?”

“Ordered a vanity and top from the website, which had more information than the manufacture. The item was delivered promptly, there were a few chips in the paint on one corner of the vanity. Requested a touch-up kit through customer support, received a confirmation within an hour. Am waiting for the kit. Vanity is not installed yet.”

“Vanity we purchased was great. Good quality, plenty of storage room and sturdy....very happy with it. Came packaged extremely well. My only negative is that the vanity was backordered and was delivered several weeks after the arrival date given, otherwise very happy with our purchase.”

“The larger 60" vanity arrived slightly damaged. The magnetic locking for the doors was messed up and one of the drawers would not fully extend out. My handyman was able to fix both issues. They look very nice but I just hope I don't have anymore issues with them in the future.”

“So far I have been pleased. I was nervous about ordering after reading the reviews of people having trouble receiving replacements for damaged orders. However, I took the chance figuring what are the odds of anything being damaged. Well sure enough our countertop had a chunk out of it and one of the drawers a dent. Everything was packed surprising well, I assume it was hit with something with the delivery company. I took pictures and emailed immediately and they assured me replacements would be on the way. Our replacements are taking a little longer than I had hoped, about a month, however they have been very prompt in responding to my emails and were apologetic when I called. The quality exceeds our expectations and we are excited to install it.”
