“I would suggest avoiding vanities depot and james martin vanities altogether. After unwrapping the vanity we found that the color did not match the photos on the website. When we attempted a return vanities depot refused to accept a return because the return was requested 2 days after their 14 return policy window had expired (holidays included). Buyer beware!”

“I reported damage to the vanity top within two days of delivery and sent pictures as per your policy. I have sent one follow up email and called customer service. It has been 7 days since I initially reported the damage and I have not been contacted by anyone at vanities depot. At the least I would expect a confirmation of my damage claim and an indication that it is being looked into. If I am not contacted soon I will have no choice but to return the vanity.”

“The vanity is beautiful, the only thing I'm not happy about is the one side had a gouge in it, I did E-mail thinking maybe you would take something off the price, but they didn't. There was nothing wrong with the shipping the box was perfect so it had to have been there when it was put in the box.”

“Not only was I impressed with quality of vanity, but it was shipped with multiple layers of protection and arrived without a scratch. We ordered a cherry, wood vanity. The workmanship in it is beautiful. I was so worried that it was going to arrive less than perfect. It was carefully packed, and looks like it came off the showroom floor. Thank you.”

“When we originally ordered our twin vanity, it was back ordered and scheduled in, six weeks later. The boat arrived on time in port, but our mirrors were to arrive a week later. Called customer service and asked that the vanity, sinks and counter-top be shipped immediately, as we had a contractor on a schedule. Our customer service man was great and made that initial shipment happen, followed by a FedEx ground shipment, for the two mirrors. All six pieces arrived in perfect condition. I opened and inspected the sinks, vanity and counter top immediately and was really impressed with the overall shipments packaging! The same applied to the twin mirrors! Knowing the product was made in Viet Nam and China, I figured that ‘ol Murphy would rear his ugly head and something was bound to be sent back for replacement! Shame on me with little faith! It is one great quality set and looks beyond beautiful! Both our carpenter and plumbing crew were equally impressed. We are charging our neighbors admission rates to view this most stylish and attractive vanity set! Great quality and great value!”

“Love the quality of this vanity. Goes very well in our half bathroom. We replaced a pedestal sink, that had no purpose. Finally, I am able to use this to store a hair dryer, hair spray, mirror, toilet paper, hand towels, etc. absolutely love this piece!”

“The customer service department was great! Before making a purchase, I called them approximately 3-4 times to ask questions about the unit. They were always very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The price was a little steep, but I am totally satisfied with the quality of my vanity. It is beautiful! My bathroom is still being remodeled, so I can't upload pictures just yet! The delivery was also good. I wish that I was aware of the actual date and time of the delivery in order to adequately plan. The driver called me on the day of delivery stating that he was 10 minutes away. He was also very pleasant!”
