“I am glad I live close to this Beechboro Coles WA supermarket store, because almost every week I shop there I get robbed on some items. Today I got Turkish bread that was reduced but again I was charged full price which I forgot to check while there. It is embarrassing to line up and have to say the same story repeatedly. Shoppers check your dockets because I do not believe that I am the only one this happens to. On some items there is potential amount of money lost.”

So what happened was just now at around 12:45pm SUNDAY 9TH OF OCTOBER 2022, I had a shopping bag that was getting a bit heavy so decided that I will need to go and get myself a shopping trolley. I had put my shopping back along with all the items that belong to Coles at the front of the store and as I was walking out through the customer service check out to go and get a shopping trolley that was RIGHT NEXT TO the checkout counter, this EXTREMELY RACIST AND AGGRESSIVE WHITE WOMAN stopped me and asked to check my bag, and I TOLD her I was going to just grab a trolley, but she insisted to look into my bag anyway. This bag had things which I had bought from Food Land and even though she was LOOKING AT THE DAMN RECEIPT that says FOOD LAND on it! She still asked me "is this from Food Land?" WTF????!! like what? She can't read? It sounded like because I look ASIAN she wanted to accuse me of stealing???
Look! checking my bag is not a problem, I am always happy to comply because I am NOT a THIEF!!! But the fact that I had already TOLD her that I was getting a trolley, and her aggressiveness toward me and insistent on checking my bag, WTF!!!!!! I felt most unsafe and insulted!!!
To think that this kind of RACISM still exists in Australian in the year 2022, a country that BOAST itself to be MULTICULTURAL, I am most disappointed! Will be shopping at Woollies from NOW ON!!”
“I ordered 7 items from Coles online on August 22nd for click & collect from Vermont South Coles on Wed 24th. The order status looks all normal and showed ready to be collected on 24th. So I went to Coles Vermont South, and was told they don't serve online orders. I didn't collect anything but the Coles App showed "Order collected".
I called Coles hotline 1800455400 again and reported their system error and explained the whole situation. The customer service rep suggested me to order the same items again and choose home delivery, and then call back for a refund of the differences. However, after I paid the order and called back, the customer service lady couldn't refund and told me she would get their management to call back.
No one called me back until now even though I've called Coles a couple of times.
Today when I called Coles again, the customer service lady told me she was instructed to cut off my call asap.
I was shocked at how Coles treats their customers, and will never purchase from Coles again.”
“My complaint is in regards to the security offices they have at the Shepparton Coles. When I first entered the building I purchased an item went to the counter and the security officer was leaning all over the bench or the counter and he instructed the staff not to serve me. He then face me and begin to call out obscenities and profuse language. I had looked at the staff and said are you listening to this she said it has nothing to do with me. So I left the item now and walked out while I was walking out the security officer continued on calling me profanities thinking that I was someone who knew. I walked outside into the car park and he followed me continuing to yell out rude profanities. I had to stop so he didn’t come to the car while he continued to yell out at the front of Coles. I have this all on video. I had rang Coles headquarters twice So far with no reply. They said the investigating it. I said why are the security in there they said they have nothing to do with it because it is a contracted company so Coles said they have no powers over who they put on? I have video footage of the entire event. I am considering posting it up on YouTube”

Over the 6 months they are yet to get an order right!! I have spent hours on the phone to then, not only there 1800 number but to the store as well...
I have taken a loss of $$'s becouse it was easer to do then the fighting to get the items missed...
My last order I made some head way, or did I??
As always an ithem missing, on the phone and 1 hour later they said they would deliver the missing item...
now remember I orded the item payed for it as well as paying there delivery fee.....
so now they will send the missing item, but have billed me for the item and a second delivery fee!!!
a double dip of the money pot!!
I have got to ask, are they doing this so they can make the extra $$'s you spend to get items you should have got the first time...

“Never use the partnered delivery service! every time the driver has got lost and has no idea how to get to the nominated delivery address. Hardest part is the multiple drivers not speaking English, which then makes it impossible. Yet the Coles delivery truck has no issues what so ever!”
