“They were brilliant & Friendly and made the process of buying my first car so special. Shout out to Stephen Sheffield for being so patient and understanding during a test drive. He helped with nerves and explained so carefully about the car. He was just brilliant.”

“We bought our last car from Colin Appleyard Ltd and were so impressed by them we returned to buy our new one. We dealt with salesman Matthew Butterfield on both occassions and found him to be extremely helpful and very friendly! He also got us a very good deal our new car! “This is the second car I have purchased from Colin Appleyards, Each time they have managed to come up with and excellent deal. Everything this time was very well explained and thorough and I felt much more “listened to” this time too. They appear to have a friendly team and have been very helpful. Also it’s good to know that loyalty counts for something these days. Max, despite being a new member of staff, was brilliant, he was happy to take advice from his colleagues and dealt with all our queries to the best of his ability. We felt looked after.”

“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Jamie (Colin Appleyard, Bradford) was polite, courteous and friendly. At all times he listened to me and treated me with respect. What impressed me most of all, was that I never felt under any pressure to buy anything. All the other members of staff I encountered were equally professional. Well done Bradford team!”

“The whole service was impeccable and the customer service went above and beyond. It was my first experience getting a brand new car and I was made to feel very welcome and very comfortable with the whole experience. Excellent all round from start to finish! Cannot fault it!
