It's nice to know you were happy with the service you received from Dan and the team and we do apologies if you found the reminders for your upcoming appointment in plenty. If customer contact permissions allow, we do call to remind you that your vehicle is due for Service/Mot and once booked in, a confirmation reminder is sent out via text message 48 hours prior the booking. All vehicles that enter our workshops have a complimentary VHC check which in turn is forwarded onto the supplied email address (again, if permissions allow). “On Monday I left Colin Appleyard Shipley with my second Suzuki, this is the first time when replacing my car that I have purchased the same make and almost the same model. The service, help and advice I received from Richard Bennett and others was second to none. There was a problem with the radio which no one could have foreseen but this was dealt with as soon as I realised the issue and within 24 hours the situation was rectified and all is well. 10 out of 10, many thanks”
