My elderly 85 yr old mom is a regular customer and buyer of Collections.
My mom and I ordered today Oct 13,2020 3 items and 2 agents were rude to us. I mentioned her catalog coupons and I had problems with the agents accepting them.
They both didn't explained to us clearly and rushing us to complete our checkout.
The first agent offered me a promotion of an item but the second agent said there was none. We felt not treated with respect and felt stupid.
The worse thing is that we ask for spanish speaking agents because we are hispanics and we had to endure their rudeness. Unbelievable!”
“Trying to make this short...Placed an order, received damaged goods, contacted them repeatedly with no response, found a link to print a label and return it, they received it but no response for over a week. There's a ton more to the story with they could get in touch cuz they can't get authorization to charge me for a back-ordered item but have no trouble with unauthorized charges despite that and finally....THEY CHARGED ME $7.99 TO RETURN MY $4.97 DAMAGED ITEM!!! I will never shop here again.”

“I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and that ended today. I ordered 7 pairs of leggings and imagine my surprise that in the catalog with the shipment, THEY WERE ON SALE. Customer service refused to honor the difference. THEY LOST ME FOR $16.24!!!!!!!!!”
