All envelopes are sourced from FSC approved sustainable forestry and where possible, manufactured within the UK. “My daughter ordered red and black paper. Since it stated minimum order 25 sheets, she assumed that when she put in quantity 1 and allowed her to proceed to purchase that she had purchased 1 pack of 25 sheets. Instead what she received was 2 sheets of paper for £7.87. Outrageous. And the response from customer services was completely lack lustre.”

We have reviewed this order, as we like to provide an immediate response to any unhappy reviews of our products, and have concluded that the items your ordered were correct. The individual prices and costs are also fully explained at the point of purchase. The higher overall cost was because you also chose an expedited next day delivery for 2 sheets of paper. When speaking on the phone, it was also indicated by yourself that you allowed your 13 year old daughter to have access to your credit card to make the purchase. We always treat every issue fairly that we receive from customers, but in this case, the expedited delivery choice at purchase and the allowance by yourself of a third party purchase by your 13 year old daughter gives us no room for adjustment in this instance.

“The envelopes are high quality and available in an amazing range of colours at a very reasonable price. It was brilliant that I could personalise my order so that I was able to choose the quantity of each colour I wanted - I didn't have to select a minimum number or accept colours I didn't particularly like. My order was delivered the next day - fantastic service!”

“I have been very impressed with Rainbow Envelopes - The range of available colours and sizes is fantastic and the quality is very good, especially for the price. Before placing my order, I spent some time looking online in various locations, and found that what Rainbow Envelopes had on offer was better than everything else I saw. My whole order arrived within days of placing it, was very well packaged, and the staff at Rainbow Envelopes were very helpful too. I also found that the colours displayed on the website was very true in real life, which sometimes isn't the case when ordering without seeing items in person. I will certainly be making repeat purchases.”

“I ordered 2 sizes of envelope- DL and tiny gift card sized envelopes - both came really quickly and are a great match for a client's brand colours . larger envelopes are great for sending small folders with samples in them and the smaller size are super for grouping individual samples and then tying with paper string to make a lovely little package”
