“I ordered my contacts and today it stated my order was canceled and I would be getting a refund. I do not understand why it was canceled. Payment went through and I did not cancel now I have to rush around and find somewhere else to get my contacts for Halloween. Completely upsetting.”

“I am still waiting on my contacts to come in. Delivery day showed a week ago but they didn't arrive. Emailed them twice but haven't gotten a response back. Disappointed because I really needed them this weekend.”

“I ordered Dusky Blue dailies. They got here fast but one of them was dried out and refused to stay in my eye. What a waste of money! Complete garbage is what I got! Probably why they're so cheap.”

“Wish I could tell you how great the product was but.... I never received my order and Customer service is a joke. I've tried contacting them twice. The first one went unanswered and the second time after giving my address and telling them I never received it I was ghosted.”

“I purchased the cat contacts. The “slit” was advertised to migrate to vertical on the eye and remain in place. It never did. It virtually ruined the entire costume, because I looked like a car with a severe head injury due to wonky eyes. Additionally, I had a migraine within 60 minutes of using them. In a nutshell, these contacts nearly ruined the night. It was the opposite experience I was hoping for.”

“The lenses were much larger than I expected and very difficult to insert into eye. It covered far too much of my cornea. It was not comfortable. When I tried to take it out, it took many many attempts to remove it and when I finally did, it tore. Half of it was still in my eye and it travelled up and I could not see nor remove it for 30 min. It was awful. I've never in all my decades wearing contacts have one rip so easily. And the cost of the contacts was ridiculous. Never ever again.”

“These contacts are ridiculous. I got the blinding white and they definitely are blinding. I couldn’t use them because I couldn’t see at all. Waste of my money. If your only going to use one it would be fine. Just know you can’t see at all with it.”

“I was really excited for these contacts, but it's not worth the hassle. When I placed my order I paid quite a bit for expedited shipping and was given the delivery date of 10/28, and guaranteed before Halloween. That was perfect! I would be able to use them for my office party and have time to practice putting them in. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge waste of money, and their customer service is seriously lacking. When I opened a ticket to see if there was a problem they quickly marked it resolved with absolutely no reply! They finally got around to putting it in the mail on the 28th, the same day it was supposed to be delivered. I was atleast refunded the shipping, but now they don't want to give me the information on how to return it, if it actually does arrive, so I can get the rest refunded. They won't get here until November so I obviously won't have any need for them at that point. I'm glad I had a backup plan for lenses from another site that, despite being further, actually delivered early! My coworkers were also excited to know a good place to order from next year, and it definitely isn't ColouredContacts.”
