“This is our second order and we are still amazed. The fit is great and the claw proof velvet is indeed claw proof! I was worried about pet hair sticking but it vacuums up like a dream. Dress it up with some high end pillows and it looks amazing!”

“I purchased an IKEA Ekebol last year and I was dismayed when it doesn't sell any replacement cover for it despite having 10-Year Guarantee. Happily, I found Comfort Works which could customised the replacement cover for it and I ordered 2 sets. I'm satisfied with the quality, fitting and the ordering experience.”

“Principally, it was a really good shopping experience ... Getting the samples, choosing the style and colour and ordering is very easy. Only the custom procedure took a very long time. But our sofa really looks like a new one...”

“Our new sofa covers are everything we hoped they would be ! They are well made, fit beautifully, and the colour is just as it appeared on the website. When I had questions, they were answered quickly and helpfully. The cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the work, and we highly recommend this friendly company 👍”

“I ordered replacement covers for my IKEA Tylosand sectional, chaise, and ottoman in October 2020. The fabric and color was gorgeous and better than expected (performance blue). All covers fit nicely except for the ottoman, which was too small. Worked with Comfort Works to discuss the problem and how to resolve it. Customer service team (thank you Sulaica!!) was thorough and asked for pics and specific measurements. I received the replacement cover yesterday and it fits! I was so excited! I want to thank the Comfort Works team for your continued support and excellent customer service. Sulaica, I appreciate your assistance in helping me through this process. I am very happy with all of my replacement covers and look forward to lounging!”

“Ich wollte mir schon ein neues Sofa kaufen, da das Alte schon sehr abgesessen war. Dann entdeckte ich zufällig diese Seite. Ich bin überglücklich. Es ist, als hätte ich ein neues Sofa. Der Bezug passt perfekt und läßt sich problemlos aufziehen. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Auch der Kundenservice war sehr gut. Ich konnte die Bestellung im Nachhinein noch problemlos ändern, als ich feststellte, dass ich 2 unterschiedliche Kantenverarbeitungen bestellt habe. Vielen Dank.”

“It is so unbelievably hard to get on. I don’t know if it’s because we got the savannah saddle but it has absolutely no give and is extremely tight. I worked on it for 2 hours and had to give up for the night. I was literally sweating trying to make it work. It looks weird because it’s so hard to adjust that it’s very difficult to line the seams up...some areas look baggy because I can’t pull them tight over the corners and in some areas the fabric is twisted. Also some sloppy stitching on one of the covers.”

“Excellent quality—we’re delighted and impressed! We ordered the Madison Sand cotton basic fit for an old IKEA sofa. The color is like light sand, the material is as soft as a fave pair of jeans, and the fit is perfect—sturdy and snug enough to look like a brand new sofa, yet we didn’t have to disassemble it to put it on. The cover arrived promptly (within the estimated timeline to the U.S.) and was neatly packaged with a personal note. We’re Very pleased and recommend Comfort Works for their ease of ordering, reliable service, and product quality.”

“The Customer Service is very responsive. The delivery was on-time and it was easy to stay updated on the status of my order. The slip cover is of great quality. We are so happy to have given a new life to our couch. We never liked the dull brown colour, but that velvet blue is amazing and we now want to keep the couch for many more years!”
