“We purchased a replacement slipcover for our 10-year-old slipcovered Pottery Barn couch. Knowing it was a tight fit (especially the chaise section), we ordered the Performance Blend Cream fabric since it was one of the thicker fabric options. We appreciated the frequent email updates of our order progress and shipment tracking during the process. Our slipcover arrived neatly packaged and is a *perfect* fit. The tailoring, zippers, and fabric are all very high quality. We may very well get another 10 years out of this couch. Thank you!”

“My slipcover arrived earlier than expected, packaged perfectly and fits my couch like a glove. It’s even more tailored looking than the IKEA cover I purchased with the couch originally. I love it!!”

“Very satisfied with the chair covers I ordered online, they are gorgeous! I will order here again in the future. Only thing that was a bit unclear is when I would receive a track and trace, would have been nice if I knew that right after I ordered. But the customer service is good and I like this company!”

Hi Anne, thank you for your review. Happy to hear you love your new Nils slipcovers! Sorry if the tracking was unclear. The lead time for usual IKEA slipcovers are 6-7 weeks upon confirmation, and once the order completes production you will receive an email with relevant tracking details for your reference. It will either be in your Inbox or sometimes ends up in the Spam folder, but thanks for sharing. We'll share the feedback with the team to see how we can improve this moving forward. “My new sofa covers look amazing! It's like I have a brand new sofa! I first made a mistake and ordered the wrong style - which was very disappointing. Thankful that Comfort Works offered me a great discount on the correct covers (it was MY mistake). “I admit I was sceptic, but you have done a wonderful job, everything fits perfectly. My couch now has a new life.....Your packaging is perfect. By the way, I received 5 back cushion covers, but have only 4 cushions, so thanks for the extra!! Paid just a little customs. Very happy with the product. Thank You!!”

“We received our dining chair slipcovers and they are absolutely beautiful. They fit our chairs perfectly. We even threw one in cold water wash because of a spill; the stain came out and the slip cover looks/fits as good as new (no shrinkage or fabric pilling).”

“Put the covers on today, it has taken longer than anticipated but very pleased with the result. We would recommend these covers to anyone who has a IKEA Manstad sofa bed. Ours was 12 years old and now it looks like new.”

It does take a little while with the Manstad to put on the covers because of how the model is and you'd have to disassemble them to put on the covers, but I'm glad you managed to put them through - the slipcovers look great! “Comfort Works are amazing. We were sorely let down by IKEA who delivered a sofa without covers and with the promise there would follow the next day. 6 weeks later no covers and I finally received a refund for the unsupplied covers and a relatively small amount of compensation but it was enough to cover the sofa and footstool, which were the perfect sizes we needed, in the most gorgeous claw proof velvet. Customer Service was excellent and hearing how we had been living on plastic cushion covers for so long pushed our order through and it was a lovely experience this week when they arrived several weeks early. They were beautifully packaged and very clearly labelled inside the each cover as to where they go. We are now more than happy that IKEA messed up. Thank you Comfort Works for saving the day.”
