“Excellent customer service throughout. The team provided me with a local number for the courier so that delivery problems (the courier 4PX was not great with communication) could be easily sorted out. The slipcover for my Lycksele double sofabed fits well and looks great. There is a small bump along the centre seam where the join is not lying flat like the rest of the seam, but it is barely noticeable - I only mention it for care with future orders. Thank you, Comfort Works!”

“We've got an IKEA Kramfors sofa that has been a tank in terms of how well it has worn, and as we have small children and two rambunctious dogs that jump on it 20 times a day to look out the window, we really weren't looking to spend a few K on a new sofa just yet. So we ordered a cover from Comfort Works, one of the "high durability/less comfort" ones. It fits perfect, the sofa looks *so* much better, and in truth, it really is pretty comfortable as well, no big loss in comfort to get the higher durability. We are completely happy and absolutely recommend comfort works! It really didn't take that long to get the cover either, despite it coming to the US from overseas.”

“We ordered our couch cover for our old, but much loved ikea couch. When it arrived the fit was not great but I thought we could live with it. We were then contacted by comfort works and I let them know it wasn't great. They then organised a remeasure from photos I sent them and we now have a perfect fit, at no extra cost! Could not be happier! Also excellent customer service through out. Thanks for helping our couch look brand new!”

“I love my covers so much! I didn't want to get a new sofa as my old one is so comfortable and these covers have given it a whole new lease of life! They are good quality, a great colour and the service was quick and efficient. I opted to get fabric samples first which really helped. I would definitely recommend Comfort Works to anyone. “The fit was great, hence the single star. The fabric it was made with was extremely thin. So much that I can see through it. I attached a picture with to detail the loosely woven fabric. The package it came in was about the size of a folded up sweatshirt, yet it was designed to cover an entire couch and two pillows, not just a torso. This particular fabric was advertised as heavy duty and good for households with pets. I doubt it will make it through a single washing without coming apart. Customer service did offer a return at a 35% restock fee and international postage to be paid at my expense. At least they responded.”

Hey Erin, Really sorry about this but as mentioned in our email, this isn't a manufacturing defect on our side and thus cannot be returned fully. It is also stated on our site that if the fabrics aren't what you expected, a return for a refund can happen with a 35% restocking fee. This is why we always recommend getting fabric samples first. With regards to the Kino fabric you have, it is indeed a heavy duty fabric that can withstand multiple washes -- should this not be the case do let us know and we'll rectify it immediately for you. “I am so happy I made the decision to order my Kamfors sofa and Ottoman covers from Comfort Works. I love my sofa, but after 10+ yrs of use, the covers had seen better days, and I was ready for a new look for my living room anyway; so i bravely took a chance on Comfort Works. Wow! am I ever glad I did! First of all, Sarah you are amazing, thanks for answering my questions and accommodating my order modification! Now about the covers...I did a brave thing and ordered the white leather covers for my ottoman and sofa. No regrets! I had a cloth cover before, so i was curious how the transition to the leather would work...it works.... perfectly! The fit is perfect and the leather is supple, comfortable and absolutely beautiful! The white is actually not scary at all. Btw, not to create more work for wonderful Sarah and her team, but I highly recommend for anyone doing the leather sofa covers to go for the reversible cushions, i did it, and i think it's well worth it the extra cost.”
