“I got the gray tweed for my Ikea Ektorp chair and am very satisfied. It needs a bit of an ironing, but I was so excited to get it on my chair that I didn't care. Customer service was great! Very responsive for being (I suspect) on the other side of the world from me! They answered one question from me several months ago, then when I was finally ready to order, they kept in touch with me during the entire process. I wasn't in a rush, but the entire thing took less time than I thought it would. Very satisfied with this company! The biggest problem now is finding another couch that I can purchase a slipcover for! :) The only tiny, almost-issue was that the FedEx bag this was delivered in was beat up pretty badly and so incredibly filthy. It had been taped up once, presumably by FedEx, and was starting to tear open at the perforation. Another day or two in transit and it may have been ripped open completely. Thankfully it was still intact this time, but might be a point for the future to package these a bit differently for international transit.”

“We were thrilled to be able to find a place that would make a custom sofa cover for our sofa which has been discontinued by IKEA. It’s a great couch and it’s even greater now that it has a nice sofa cover! We will enjoy it for many years to come. The wait to get this sofa cover was well worth it! The quality and craftsmanship is top notch.”

“Received our sofa & loveseat slip covers a few days ago! Arrived at our beach house last night and immediately put them on our furniture. So pleased! They are perfect and so beautiful. My husband has now asked me to order another set so we would have an extra. Customer service was the best and quality of work outstanding! Thank you, Omar!”

“We absolutely love the Comfort Works cover for our IKEA couch. At first I was hesitant that it would not be worth the price, but boy was I wrong!! It fits perfectly and it is so soft and inviting. The fabric is beautiful. I cannot believe how perfect the fit is, even with our couch being almost 10 years old. Everything lines up perfectly and I swapped the old cover out in less than 15 minutes. So easy. Delivery was quick and the communication with Comfort Works was great. I would 100% recommend buying a cover for your couch from Comfort Works.”

“I used this company once before for a standard Ikea couch cover that Ikea no longer made. The result was fantastic. So I decided to try them out on a custom made couch that we have. They were brilliant. The were a lot of curves and complications and it took a lot of measurements, forms, photos and emails but they were at all times prompt, courteous, helpful, patient and explanatory. Eventually we got to production but due to some delays on fabrics and production i had to wait a few more weeks but they kindly offered me a discount for the inconvenience. The covers finally arrived yesterday and I am amazed at how precisely they fit the couch. A fantastic job! Cannot recommend them highly enough!!”
