“Received my new covers happy enough with them . A few of the seams not well finished they are puckered . Overall happy with service and the fit of them but expected a better finish for the price I paid”

“BEWARE!!! Received a cover in the fall of 2022 that was too large for the sofa. I spoke with customer service and told them that I didn't want to go through the additional stress of the custom measurement cover and I preferred to either return for a refund or exchange for a different color that would not exaggerate the bagginess as much as a darker color. Customer service department and I agreed that they would send a new cover in a different color rather than the hassle of a custom cover. Well time after time I still got asked for custom measurements. I provided them, then was asked for more, and more, and more. When it seemed like all of the measuring was complete, I never got a replacement cover. I keep getting told that my cover is being produced and I will be notified of shipping. Well, SEVEN MONTHS later I still have nothing to show for the $450 I spent other than an oversized cover that sits in my basement. This is so sad because even if by some miracle a cover does arrive someday, I will never be able to buy matching covers for my armchairs from this company. Trying to figure out if I can dispute this with my credit card company at this point. Would give zero stars if I could.”

Hi Kimberly, I'm really sorry to hear that you've invested so much time and effort to work with us in getting the replacements of your sofa covers but they're still not quite done yet. Although the troubleshooting process does take some time, there's no denying that having it go past the 6-month mark when you're actively speaking with us is not the ideal way to go about it. I've already reached out to you separately to propose a different approach to getting this resolved; we're still looking at replacing them for free but without the hassle of more measurements needed from your end. Certainly hope you'll give me a chance to get this sorted for you. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“We love our slipcover! It fits perfectly and makes the couch look brand new. Our cats can’t scratch it, but they have tried several times. Customer service was super helpful and the cover arrived about a month after the order, even though it was a custom measurement!”

“Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! We are so happy with our experience with Comfort Works!! Everyone is so incredibly helpful and so responsive!!! Sulaica was our amazing support person and she helped us with every detail of the process. We were having custom covers made -- and the measuring process can, at first, seem daunting -- but the system they have set up for it is very clear and organized -- so following it was not difficult at all -- and clearly it's worth the time it takes because our covers fit PERFECTLY!!! Once the final measurements are in - the entire process took us barely two weeks - from creation to delivery. Sulaica told me delivery usually takes about a week from where they are located to where I am in the US --- it took less! Our cover shipped out on Monday and arrive on Thursday!!! Pretty incredible!! -- All of this is so important and needs to be stated -- BUT -- the BEST part is ----- Our love seat looks AMAZING!!!!!! It's like a brand new piece of furniture - and the cover is SO well-made! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Comfort Work and our new slip cover. We HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is considering having a slipcover made. They are wonderful in every way!!!”

“I am very happy with my covers. We had some fitting issues at first and I contact customer service and they started working to fix the problem. It took almost 2 months ( I was a little frustrated ) and after back-and-forth emails and measurements, they replaced the covers and they fit great!!!”

“Workmanship and material is beautiful! Covered a very large pottery barn comfort sectional perfectly. Had I ordered from pottery barn I would have had to pay three times what this cost and it looks just like theirs. It is also helpful they keep you informed during the process. It arrived a few days early and I will certainly order again in the future. Never have I written a review before but the product and company deserve credit!”

“Very happy with my sofa slipcover. I chose the slate grey velvet and it looks just like the picture.
