“Great quality and materials! Also amazing updates and communication with this company. But for us the slipcover was a bit bigger than my chair. I will have to figure something else. I wish they had more sizes to accommodate different size wing chairs. Anyhow I will be back for my Pottery barn couch!”

“I ordered slipcovers for my PB sectional. I paid via credit card and I read that measurements were required. Little did I realize this required disassembly of the entire sectional, removal of all components, removal of and reinstall of the existing slipcovers, and taking no less than 45 precise measurements. They make it clear that any error in any one of these measurements is the fault of the customer. The detailed measurements are not disclosed until after your credit card is charged. I am disabled and unable to guarantee the accuracy of 45 precise measurements, so I canceled my order and requested a refund prior to them starting work on anything. They are now charging a 5% cancellation fee so be aware of this. Also, while they give the impression of being Australian made, they are manufactured in China according to my research. Probably explains why it takes 3 weeks to receive sample fabric which must be purchased. Be very cautious dealing with this company.”

“We are thrilled with our Comfort Works slipcover! We have a 6 year old sofa that the Crypton fabric failed. Comfort Works made us a high quality washable custom slipcover for less than what I was quoted for replacement cushion covers from the sofa manufacturer. The finish work is beautiful, turn around was quick and their customer service is excellent!”

“GREAT Experience To be honest we were a little skeptical about placing this slipcover order. The company website indicated they were located halfway around the globe, manufacturing and delivery would take 8-10 weeks, and the company policy required full payment in advance. It was an expensive order but much less than the estimated quote we got from Crate and Barrel, and they were not really sure they could make them after so many years. Our biggest concern was we had Crate and Barrel furniture that was purchased many many years ago and it was not one of the furniture lines listed on the Comfort Works website that they usually made slipcovers for. But after some conversation we sent them photos and they indicated they would make the slipcovers. We did our research about the company and checked reviews where we could and decided to proceed. They sent us a very detailed measurement template. The furniture was not as straight line design as it appears, it contained many curves, open spaces, and rounded areas, which made measuring on our part a challenge. After we submitted the 8 page template containing well over 50 different measurements for the three items. The company had only 1 or 2 questions about our submission. Less than TWO weeks after submitting the measurements we received our slipcovers in the mail. They were a PERFECT FIT and exactly what we wanted. The quality was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. They basically custom made these slipcovers using pictures and measurements we supplied via emails. Then they delivered them from half way around the world in less than 2 weeks. We were really amazed. The attached pictures do not due the product justice. They look wrinkled because we had just put them on and we did not iron them or give them a chance to fall out. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They answered all our questions and kept us updated on the progress. Omar B. was our main contact and provided excellent customer service. The price was reasonable, delivery was free, and there were no hidden fees. I would use Comfort Works again without hesitation and highly recommend them.”
