“I LOVE my new slipcover for my PBSquare Arm Comfort couch in white canvas. It fits perfectly and was 1/3 the price for a replacement from PB. The Comfort Work team was wonderful to work with through the process of measuring, checking and double checking. Hannah was especially attentive to my many, many questions and always responded timely. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering again soon.”

“I ordered the stocksund 2 seater sofa and armchair covers in oatmeal. They arrived quickly and neatly packaged. Fabulous quality(better than the original) great fit and colour. Would highly recommend”

“Delivery arrived in good time. Well packed in lovely bag and ribbon! Garment has been made to a High Standard. My chair is not an IKEA but I took the chance given the measurements of said chair and the cover fits very, very well.”

“I bought a slipcover for my very old Pottery Barn sofa designed by Mitchell Gold. Pottery Barn no longer sells this slipcover and has changed the design of this sofa...... I would have to buy a custom slip that would be the cost of a new sofa- THEN I found Comfort Works.... They are wonderful- first, they sent me fabric samples free of charge then when I chose my fabric the slipcover arrived more quickly than expected. It is perfect. Fits much better than the original from Pottery Barn. I wholeheartedly recommend Comfort Works!”

“I am very pleased with my order from Comfort Works. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. The package was delivered very quickly. I ordered new cushion covers for my Kramfors leather sofa. The material is very close to the original. The cover has no seams on the top. That is the only visual difference. All in all SUPER!”

“My couch is an Ashley couch called alesandra, I have three couches. I have a love seat, a sofa, and a chair and a half. I only covered my love seat, to see how much I would like the covers, and I’m glad I stuck with the process, the covers are cozy and form fitting. The samples will tell you if you’re able to machine wash them or not, or some small directions on keeping them fresh looking. I chose the comfort chenille sandstone material, which closely resembles my couch. It’s a great breathable fabric. I really love their customer service, thanks again comfort works !”

“Great quality and materials! Also amazing updates and communication with this company. But for us the slipcover was a bit bigger than my chair. I will have to figure something else. I wish they had more sizes to accommodate different size wing chairs. Anyhow I will be back for my Pottery barn couch!”

“I ordered slipcovers for my PB sectional. I paid via credit card and I read that measurements were required. Little did I realize this required disassembly of the entire sectional, removal of all components, removal of and reinstall of the existing slipcovers, and taking no less than 45 precise measurements. They make it clear that any error in any one of these measurements is the fault of the customer. The detailed measurements are not disclosed until after your credit card is charged. I am disabled and unable to guarantee the accuracy of 45 precise measurements, so I canceled my order and requested a refund prior to them starting work on anything. They are now charging a 5% cancellation fee so be aware of this. Also, while they give the impression of being Australian made, they are manufactured in China according to my research. Probably explains why it takes 3 weeks to receive sample fabric which must be purchased. Be very cautious dealing with this company.”
