“This is my second order with Comfort Works. I am a happy customer. I ordered some new slipcovers for an IKEA sofa bed in my rental property. As with the first order, the customer service from the first point of contact is outstanding, i had lots of questions and all were answered promptly and in a friendly professional manner. My order arrived sooner than expected by courier which was a nice surprise and the covers arrived beautifully wrapped with a hand written note thanking me for the order. The fabric is high quality and the colour is exactly like the sample. Everything fits beautifully. I would not hesitate in recommending Comfort Works to anyone, they are a fantastic company and i now have a freshened up sofa for a fraction of the price of a new one.”

“I love my slipcover. I just put it on today. We will see overtime if it is worth the hefty price tag. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fabric that I wanted to purchase was out of stock for a very long time and I had to wait a couple of month before I could order and then wait a few more weeks for shipping.”

Our fabrics are made specifically for us and unfortunately, the batches did not pass QC and had to be re-made, hence the delay. “This company and its products have exceeded all my expectations (IKEA-Karlstad-3-seater+chaise-longue). Product was easy to find on the website, easy to customise and easy to order. The fabrics are exactly as described (and actually a lot better than I expected). My compact, perfect box arrived two weeks earlier than expected, with everything in tact and in place. Each piece of the sofa puzzle comes with a lovely little label inside, telling you where they go. I actually assembled it by myself with the help of this video (I hope the link works). “We’ve had our Klippan sofa for a number of years. It was retired to our Summer house to end its days. Fortunately I found Comfort works on the internet and ordered a lovely lime green cover it came beautifully packed. We had no problem putting it on and were so impressed moved the sofa from the summer house to the conservatory. Can’t express how pleased we are and hope this young couple stay in business for a long time to come. If your just thinking of ordering then do so you won’t be disappointed. Well done for your excellent work.”

“Own a large Pottery Barn sofa that no longer carries the slip cover. Contacted Comfort Works and they created a beautiful, nicely crafted and well fit slip cover. Looks just like a brand new sofa and the price was about half of what Pottery Barn charges. Highly recommend!!!”

“I was hesitant to order custom slipcover online but I am so glad I did. I am thrilled with the results! Comfort Works was so easy to work with, they gave step by step instructions on how to measure and are very careful following up if numbers didn’t seem right. The slipcover is perfect and my chair looks brand new again! I highly recommend this company and their product. Professional and friendly!”

“Comfort works offers beautiful cover fabrics. I made two orders so far, the delivery was in both times very fast, best customer service ever. The cover (Ektorp) is even better than expected, high quality fabric, fitring, perfect seams, the USB-connection genious.”

“I ordered fabric swatches over a month ago, and I still haven’t received them. Which is frustrating as Id like to settle between this company and another that sent swatches within a week. Not sure if other Canadians are having longer than expected wait times.”

“My Ikea Nockeby 3 seater was looking pretty shabby, the material was starting to tear & pull, I looked at the replacement Ikea covers but didn't like any of them, plus I really wanted a new leather couch. So when I came across Comfort Works I decided to save the money buying a whole new couch, and ordered new covers in Savannah Saddle bonded leather. Rachel, Omar & the team were really impressive with their customer service and communication during the order & production process. From order to production to delivery, it took 2-3 weeks (including delivery delays due to Easter holidays) The material quality is extremely high, the workmanship & fitment is amazing, and I rate the overall quality much higher than that of Ikea, I'm truely impressed and really really happy with the final result. These guys are genuinely the best company I've dealt with in a long long time and I cannot recommend them enough.”
