“Agreed day, turned up at 1630 for 8-10 start Chased for updates - no response other than ''they will be there before 12 noon''..... Called again, left message, no response. During construction took staged photos and my brother noticed that Marine Ply was used in construction - mentioned on web site and videos.... used 3 times cheaper OSB board.... Having already paid for the construction, was advised to 'look at small print, that alternative products could be used if not available ..'' This was nonsense as Marine ply was available at 2 national suppliers with 5 miles and replacement materials must be of similar - not inferior quality. Lastly, was phoned 3 times for payment - BEFORE works were completed ...last day of the month - clearly target deadlines. Very pushy firm ...sent TWO sales guys at 9am and 11am - from different franchise offices - should have realised that logistically, they could not cope. The workers were fine, but also pressured to complete to get to next job, My overall impression was this is a sales driven firm and if they 1/ cannot be bothered to arrive on time - nor update / return calls 2/ cut corners with materials - then offer client to check non legal small print 3/ sent multiple sales reps 4/ chase client for payment before completion 5/ chase workers to finish to get to next job Best avoided ... I would not recommend”

“Everything went well with the installation and we are very pleased with it. The finish, lack of noisy rain sound etc exceeded our expectations. We only have one complaint and that is the paperwork ie elec spec/ building regs have never been received by us despite several requests. Can you please confirm this and send this paperwork on. ..... Peter”

“Fitters extremely conscientious- quick and efficient. Only been installed one day= today is hot and sunny and normally we would not be able to sit in there, but it is now cool and comfortable.”

“Our new Comfortable Conservatory Roof has exceeded our expectations. The new roof enhances the external appearance of the building making it look more like an extension than a conservatory. Internally, the room is more sound-proof and, depending on the weather, both cooler and warmer. Most importantly, the new roof has not had the effect of reducing the light in our Dining area which leads to the conservatory. A very good- sorted team of workmen completed the work to a high standard and cleared-up properly after themselves.”

“The whole process from getting the quote to the installation and dealings with the main office was a very good experience. No hard sell and craftsmen who could not do enough to make sure we were satisfied with the job all added to our satisfaction. We are entirely satisfied with our new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Comfortable Conservatories to family and friends. Marion and David Hart”

“Recently moved into our new home with a beautiful conservatory to quickly find it was unbearable to be in when the sun was out! After some research we contacted Comfortable Conservatories and was quickly won over by the friendly staff. We did initially have some reservations about having the work carried out but now its done (in super quick turnaround time) we couldn't be happier - we love it. If you have a conservatory that you can't currently use, this is definitely the way forward - fantastic result with a cost effective super efficient result, top job and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys to anyone.”

“Instalation of a complete new roof was carried out quick and efficiently, the installer's were very pleasant and informative in what they were doing. The new roof has certainly made a difference on the very hot days we have had. My only complaint is that I have never received a receipt or gaurantee cirtivicates or promised return calls after I have made numerous phone calls to there offices.”

“Already Noticed the difference straight away in the reduction in the levelling out of the temperature between the hottest part of the day and the evening. It stays pretty constant. With the high level of insulation this looks good for the autumn/winter months.”

“Pleased with the conservatory ceiling however we were disappointed that the work stated on our order was not completed, i.e. the window blinds were supposed to be put back up and the external lead on the roof outside was not replaced.”

“Our initial dealings with this company were very professionally dealt with. The fitters were on time and completed the installation of our new conservatory ceiling in a professional and polite manner. We have been very pleased with the result so far and feel sure that we will benefit from it in both summer and winter temperatures.”
