“BUYER BEWARE—truly “Slow Boat From China”. These sandals are comfy and cute. But nowhere on their site does it say point of origin. It took 4 days to acknowledge my order and then I got almost daily “your order has been shipped” notifications. When I was finally able access their tracking site, imagine my shock when I saw they were literally tracking the sandals from all over China before shipping to the US!! It took 6 wk to receive them. The event I ordered them for had long since past.”

All communication will have to be done through email the company is in China even though some of it says that it's in the United States by check this out. I measured my foot like the company said I ordered my shoe . I took left the shoe in the package I put my foot from the back to the front of the shoe that was in the plastic and it did not fit just leaving it outside of package outside the shoe on top of the plastic. I have a size 11 shoe there's not a lot of choices there to go up a half size. I wanted to call I haven't been able to get through for two days enough phone number just to talk to them about it. I'm going to try to email and see what happens. I will never buy from this company again. Good luck if you buy from this site.”

“This is my email to customer service on requesting my refund. The rubber soles that I bought from getcomfyshoes started separating at the toe and the heel part of the boots. I only wore them a couple of times and not for very long because it needed to be broken in first. It was painful because there is no cushioning. This is my correspondence with their customer service; just a copy and paste on their end. Twice.

I would like a refund on my full order: ORDER #6893. I have only worn the black boots 3 times before they started falling apart! This is poor quality. I’m requesting a full refund for both shoes as I bought the same boots in two different colors. I cannot wear the boots because the rubber has separated from the shoe in toe portion AND the heel! I will happily send pictures if needed but they are not serviceable.

That is poor customer service and your product is an expensive piece of trash. The "7 day refund policy" shows that you don't have confidence in your own inventory. I spent over $80 on shoes that couldn't even hold themselves together for a couple days to at least give the illusion of quality. The second pair was never worn but I'm sure it would fall apart if I looked at it too hard. I'm leaving a bad review. Hopefully others will heed my advice.
