“BUYER BEWARE—truly “Slow Boat From China”. These sandals are comfy and cute. But nowhere on their site does it say point of origin. It took 4 days to acknowledge my order and then I got almost daily “your order has been shipped” notifications. When I was finally able access their tracking site, imagine my shock when I saw they were literally tracking the sandals from all over China before shipping to the US!! It took 6 wk to receive them. The event I ordered them for had long since past.”
“UPDATE from earlier review: I had no idea this company was located in China. Shoes took so long to arrive, I thought I had gotten scammed. Contacted customer service when the tracking # proved to be a fake, but never heard back. Shoes finally arrived two months after placing order. Arrived in a box that was completely crushed. Amazingly, the shoes weren’t damaged. Shoes are cute and fit fine, but I wouldn’t say that they’re super comfy. Also, didn’t like the constant pop ups (while shopping) and emails (daily after purchase) with which the company tried to up sell me. All around, it was a hassle and I wouldn’t shop here again.”
“I loved these sandals. Loved them for about 2 months right up to the point the strap broke away from the sole. I contacted the company and was told that the shoes were out of warranty and if I wanted to return I would have to pay shipping. No mention of replacement or repair. No help or customer service at all!.”
“I did receive my sandals, but as many have said, they were the wrong size. Way too small. Contacted the company by email, first to exchange, then to return, as by then I realized dealing with them was going to be a challenge. What if the next shipment is wrong? First I have to send a picture of the product. I send pics of the boxes because they show the size, and a pic of one smashed on my foot. Nope, need pics of the actual sandals. OK, then I got instructions to return - to a USA address, thankfully. Must send tracking#, which I did. Off they go. I see they are delivered. Question about the refund. Oh - what was tracking number? Lots of back and forth, but I finally received my refund less all shipping charges. My suggestion is to use Amazon or other reputable US company for any purchases. This whole procedure took almost 2 months after I received the sandals. Sounds like others had it much worse. Also check out reviews for anything you want to order off a Facebook ad.”
“Have not received my order yet. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Company does not tell you it takes 3-4 weeks before your order is shipped until after you pay for your purchase. If you're thinking of getting them for the summer, order in the winter.”
“I ordered a pair in a size 10 (USA ) or a 41 in EU. They sent me a size 10-must be s girls size. It said a 36. I have been trying to get s response from you from 2 letters. The package had no papers in it, but the label looked like it came from China. I just want to exchange for the right size. A no answer looks like a scam to me. You promise refunds if not pleased or an exchange of sizes. All I want is the right size.”
“I purchased the 4 pk of comfy sandals but only received 2 pair, I have sent an email and messages on Facebook messenger, but no response. I will give them one more week before I file a complain with Pay Pal to get a refund! Bad customer service!!”
“I ordered 5 pairs of sandals. Order was dealt with quickly and my order shipped the next day. The email said my order was complete. 25 days later i received my package of only 3 pairs of shoes. Am hoping the company rectifies the situation. If they do, I will add a star to my review.”
