“On the day I used this website (in May 2015) there was no means of knowing whether the Removal Companies had actually received my details with regard to the type of removal I needed. Indeed, no transaction (not payment) appeared to take place at all. A couple of days later I received various emails from Removal Companies thanking me for asking them to provide an estimate for the cost of the removal. This was a surprise to me as the website process hadn't given any notification or indication that this would happen. In fact I concluded that that the website system processes were faulty and consequently didn't expect Removal Companies to contact me. The Removal Company I chose wasn't listed on this Website; I found it myself. So I have to say that this website and its service leaves a lot to be desired.
Somewhere in the Website, whether on the day I used it, or generally, there's a technological 'glitch' that could do with being sorted out.”

My only gripe would be that in he contact details it would be better to be able to say which method (phone or email) is preferable for removal companies to get in touch. They all phoned rather than emailed which wasn't convenient as I can't take the calls whilst I'm at work - email is much easier to use.”
