“I ordered a pair of new crutches ,7 days later I rang to find out when they would be delivered and was told the order had not yet been processed and they would be sent the following week ,I'm still waiting, the woman I spoke to didn't seem bothered . wont use them again.”

“I purchased a 'raised toilet seat with removable arms' from the Complete Care shop. Upon installing it onto a toilet seat, I discovered that it was NOT secure at all and a clumsy elderly person can easily fall over. The raised seat would come off when a person puts more weight on one side when standing up. IT IS NOT SECURE. The same may apply to the similar raised seats from other shops, so please be warned. Currently, the raised seat has online one screw in the front. All the needed to do is to put 2 extra screws on the sides too. But, obviously they have made more money by putting vulnerable people at risk. Thanks.”
