I had the pleasure of dealing with a really helpful young lady, Sophia Hussain, who was extremely knowledgable, friendly and efficient. She also had the ability to talk 6 times faster than anybody else I have ever spoken to and still be perfectly understandable, without being boring. I would like to thank her as an excellent member of your company and you for employing the right staff to represent your business. Poor CS and clearly out to get peoples money. When they pop up on price comparison sites, do not take that price as golden. Personally i would AVOID

Very disappointed very unprofessional I had a quote online for car insurance but the person i was speaking to the try to sale me expensive one just because I was new drivin with new license over 3000Β£ Absolutely disappointed with service I only bought it because I didnt have a choice I never thought a Such costemer service exist in the uk

Amazing service, got quotes for a price on money supermarket & joe hall got my insurance lower than the quote, I spoke to him over about 4 hours & he really went above & beyond to sort my insurance out for me, would really reccomend this company to anyone & joe hall he was great

When I was querying the insurance on the 19th the agent Nathan quoted me a very high price, so I declined it , then he said wait a moment i will get you a reduction and will speak to a manager ( would not let me go) and get back. Nathan came with the discount of Β£100. I asked him as he explained the cooling off period, he said cancellation fee is Β£50. The next day I got a better quote and called in for cancellation. The cancellation department Simon told me the charges are now Β£150 ( not even 15 hrs passed the charge has trippled). I said that is not what I was told, Simon daid he has listen to the recordings and the charge has been informed by Nathan. I am very sure Nathan did not say this to me. Simon said he was going to send me the recordings, but he has not. Since then I have gone to Citizen advice and they have advice me to go to small claims court to claim my money back. They think looking at your terms and conditions you are a scrupulous company and I have chances of claiming not only my money but damages for inconvenience.. They also said they will dig further deep into your other transactions aswell. I am going ahead with the case, where I have been cheated.

The operator I spoke to β€˜Jay Jay β€˜ Jermaine was one of the best operators I have spoken to when I’ve had to contact any service provider as a whole, meaning from sky tv, phone providers etc etc this guy went out of his way to help sort various issues out and get a deal done and signed. He took his time and made sure all was correct before proceeding. A job done very well, very professional,Polite. All what you ask for!!! Great stuff!!

Brilliant customer service!! Managed to get back on the road sitting an hour. They had a back log of people to deal with but Dave the guy on the phone promised he would call within an hour to sort everything and called back within 20 minutes. Brilliant service!!
