Spoke to Amy on 31st January who was very helpful, paid with card, policy will be in post in the next few days! Policy due to start on !4th February rang Amy at 12-25pm on 13th February as no paperwork had arrived she said I should have got it by now - will send again you should get it on 15th or 16th February Rang again on 17th February spoke with Victor at 13-10pm who also said he would post paperwork and I should get it on 18th or 20th February - well it's 20th February and it's still not here

The staff are very helpful, however they are hindered by a poor system meaning the time scale to resolve something simple is ridiculous. Change of vehicle on a policy took 4 phone calls and about 2hours of which 90minutes was hold music. Change of address took an hour again 40minutes hold music.

When we see some of those weird but entertaining characters on tv selling car insurance, you may get more laughs than factual savings. Yet savings are not the only factor. I found that discussing my insurance with The Complete Cover Group, (which I might add, I am insured with) has been not only been hassle free but took the worry out of searching for car insurance at a competitive price. They did all the work and I was rewarded with a happy smile, with a very rewarding quote and phenomenal customer service. Thanks again, Gerry.

The person I spoke to (Luke) was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me find a better rate than the one I was provided as well as very good telephone manner.

Very dissapoined when Ocado would nor honour renew quote as i was 10 days late. Took out cover with another insurer but decided to cancel within the 14 day 'cooling off' period and was charged £50 for which at no time was i informed. It maybe in the small print but surely the agent when explaining the 'cooling off' period should inform the customer of this charge, i was not informed so very unhappy.

Seriously just had a email saying an in arrears Omg I can't take this anymore the stress of it all has got to me ! Will be cancelling my policy after this been changed 30 pound . money was in my account saying it's the banks fault too much has happen with this company been messed about far to much
