“Courtney, CW2, helped me with my query and cancelled my car insurance policy today with ease (I am no longer in possession of the car). There was a courteous offer to help with anything else, but no pressure to buy anything new. I would be more likely to consider One Call again with this kind of approach rather than any attempt at hard selling.”

“called re my car insurance policy and getting cheaper quotes elsewhere spoke with agent Sam Username SL9. And although the cheaper policy could not be matched she reviewed my policy and talked me through the different benefits of the cheaper policy and the one I already had. In the end I managed to save some money each month and remained with Once Call”
