“I rang yesterday as I couldn't afford the new premium of over £100 more than this year I was sent. I spoke with LS2 and she was very supportive. She went through all my details and managed to offer me a new policy for just about the same price as this year's policy. She was extremely helpful and I would recommend her.”

“F54 OR FS4 DEALT WITH MY RENEWAL QUERY-SHE WAS HELPFUL AND PATIENT. I am an elderly lady with limited IT skills and a slow typer but she was patient and did not rush me which was reassuring and helpful I had a positive experience with her and would was happy with the outcome Once again was very happy with response which although not the cheapest quote but renewed because of your customer service.”
