KS8 I wanted to cancel my policy and it took way too long to do and the hoops I had to jump through with KS8 trying to talk me out of cancelling. It's put me off using One Call ever again

Tyler (TW9) While friendly it seems didn't actually fully do what was asked. He didn't add protected no claims and I only found out because I asked for the quote to be sent to me instead of pushing ahead and paying there and then! I don't think it was malicious however it was clearly an oversight.

The customer service representative did help me with my enquiry- however was very patronising and made me feel intimidated and insisted I owed them money still (when I had proof that I didn’t) shame because before that I was happy!

Was initially advised I couldn't continue with my current policy as insurer wouldn't cover my new car. Ridiculous cost to cancel policy and was then able to cover new car with existing insurancer. Very confusing.

Yesterday spent over 3hours trying to connect with you phone number does not work,live chat cancelled twice.but today with help of β€œKB2” everything seems to have worked out so she deserves 4 stars

First of all, I had an hours nightmare trying to contact you. I couldn't get into the portal, would accept my email. Or password, which I tried to change numerous times, had no joy. I just wanted to talk to someone to cancel my policy. In the end I managed to chat to Mackenzie, who helped me cancel the policy. Which was fantastic.

Spoke with Tia. Was quite blunt with me when I was asking questions. I asked for a quote on how much my car insurance would be after transferring and she never actually gave me one? But then stated she did. She just gave me some random figures. Feel more confused than I did before now. Not sure why I can’t just ring someone

Very poor communication. They tried to tell me my no claims bonus wasn't valid and tried to charge me more for my insurance even though I provided proof of my 13 years No Claims Bonus. There is no one to physically talk to, only an online chat. I had to wait 30 minutes to get to 'speak' to someone. When they did finally respond to me, they couldn't even write a sentence correctly. Very poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.

I changed my car last month and I was charged Β£94 just to change my insurance over to my new car.seems very expensive to me. I have now opted out of the automatic renewal. This is one driver who won’t be using this insurance site again.

Actual insurance quotes etc and renewals letters etc were very good.BUT on cancelling my insurance with only 3 payments to go approx Β£108 I was charged Β£55 and half of my final payment even though I cancelled on Jan 2nd ....they took Β£17 of my Jan 6th instalment even like I said I cancelled on the 2nd so Β£72 in total when I've been a loyal customer without a claim in 5-6 years.not sure I will use again just because of this ridiculous charge just because my car packed up.this is how all insurance companies make their profit.nothing for being loyal.

Used the live chat. AW1 dealt with my car insurance cancellation. It went through smoothly but although the policy still had 5 months to run I was surprised to learn that i wouldnt be receiving a refund.
