Very difficult to get in touch with anyone, I have rejected the renewal quote for this reason,

We r pensioners finding it very hard to the things you tell us to do i hopefully you get no claims bonus we haven't got a response

JF3 was very helpful and expedited the vehicle change efficiently. The two operators before her though were useless, took me 40 minutes and two transfers before I got anywhere. The Onecall portal is awful to use, as well as their usual customer service in general.... Excluding JF3 that is

AW1 is a bit patronising, but other than this very latest event I have never had any issues with OneCall, I am generally happy with the service

The system was very slow and the operator missed that I had two policies at first. The portal did not work as it was doing the same looking at my first policy that a motorcycle not the car policy that I need to edit and move to my new car

I find that if I wish to speak with an advisor, I have to web chat, which is fine, but sometimes I want to talk in person and I have tried various numbers, which have voicemails and I can never get through to anyone, which can be very frustrating and the portal doesn’t always work.

i changed my car and updated my policy SK3 agent was very helpful but annoying that i have to pay when if allowed to do it on website i believe its free,but can't do it for brand new car...

Very good insurers however a communication nightmare! Apart from Stacey (SB8) who was exceedingly helpful on chat the portal system has been poor. I was simply adding an additional driver but the portal refused to do it so had to rely on chat. The telephone for customer services is ONLY for vulnerable clients.

I have spent 3 days trying to get through to chat box to change my insurance for a new van. I eventually got my call answered only to be told I had to ring and speak to someone instead. What a waste of time. However I eventually got to speak to an actual person and eventually got everything sorted. Thankyou EK2. You were most helpful but only wish I could have spoken to you to begin with.

It was a shame to pay extra as my new car wasn’t recognised on the system so had to use the chat. Tia was very helpful and I do understand the hard sell but with the extras it became far too expensive so I stuck to the basic

I Put all the info in to get a quote but the quote didn’t tell me the period the policy covers from and to?? Also don’t want breakdown cover included.
