DJ2 was extremely helpful when I got in contact to renew my policy / change my details. Handled all of my questions with care and made sure I wasn't left unsure at any point during the process. Would recommend.

Was concerned I hadn't rec'd renewal notice. Phoned One call, notices clear n concise. Was answered by agent JI9, who confirmed my details, explained where on portal to find my renewal invite. Went thru some details including the renewal price, which I was delighted with. JI9 agent was polite and professional. Many thanks.

KT1 efficiently solved the problem we had with the renewal quote. The price quoted had increased to an amount that was unacceptable. In the end KT1 reassessed the price which compared favourably with other quotes we had obtained through a comparison site. We were going to cancel until KT1 came up with the revised premium, but in the end saved a little cash. Don’t know how One Call got the renewal price wrong in the first place!!🤔

It’s a shame you can’t speak to somebody direct. My eyesight isn’t great and typing is an absolute nightmare but the agent was very useful and informative.

I called up to query my payments, as I got a letter with my new price. The person I spoke to, ET1, was very helpful & explained that this months payment was my last one & my new payments start next month. Thanks.
