“I am very happy with the end product and customer service (Melinda) provided by Consolidated Labels. The prices (at larger order quantities) are fair and competitive with other suppliers. The two areas that improvement could exist is in the speed of production (it usually takes a couple weeks to receive product from the time of order), and the price (at lower order quantities such as 1-2K sheets).”

“Every time I communicate with Cari at Consolidated Labels I know my label ordering experience will go smoothly. I've always received excellent customer support, pricing, and overall quality from Consolidated. Previously I used Frontier for my label needs. Consolidated beats their pricing dramatically and is equally as easy of a service to use if not easier.”

“I've been in the Marketing and HBA industry for almost 30 years..... and I have to say that Consolidated Label is one of the best in the business. I manage artwork development and Print production all packaging, promotional materials and advertising for our Global HBA company. It is a highly competitive and challenging position, so its vital and necessary to have very detail oriented CSR Team, Sales Rep and Print production Suppliers. Majority of my time is proofing Pre-Press materials to be sure we get BEST visual output possible for our shrink sleeves, labels, stickers, etc..... Consolidated is one of my best vendors and I look forward to more and more work with them for many more years to come. Matthew, Thanks for outlining your concerns in your direct e-mail. Again, I apologize for the delays you experienced during a busier-than-usual time for us, but hope you will understand that even as the lead times were bursting at the seams, we would not resort to cutting corners on quality. “Hello, I worked with Cari on a smaller project for the company I work for, not only was she quick and thorough through every step in the process, but she was also extremely friendly. She overnighted samples to help me better understand the products you have, and when the labels themselves came in everyone was very happy with the quality. Like I said it was only a small batch of 500 labels, but I will be talking with our company about switching all of our main labels of large quantity to consolidated label co. and using you all for future projects.
