“Hello & my apologies for not replying to this earlier - Very busy time of year. I have been in association with your company for many, many years and have never had a bad experience. My direct contact for the last 6 years, Laurel Moore, is beyond very good. She is quick to respond and always accommodating when things go wrong on this end. Every now and then we get to share a funny moment when I mess up an order. I frantically email her and she always answers in minimal time which I so appreciate as processing orders to vendors is just a small part of what I do each day. Jim Maze has also been a pleasure to work with. My thanks to your company for all that you do in making the process easy. - CJ -”

“When I could not get other label companies to call me back because my label order was too small, Consolidated Label went out of their way to help us. From the first time I called, Cari walked me through the process, got me a quote, and expedited our order. The labels are exactly what we wanted! The price was excellent and the quality was too. “I am very happy with the end product and customer service (Melinda) provided by Consolidated Labels. The prices (at larger order quantities) are fair and competitive with other suppliers. The two areas that improvement could exist is in the speed of production (it usually takes a couple weeks to receive product from the time of order), and the price (at lower order quantities such as 1-2K sheets).”

I've always received excellent customer support, pricing, and overall quality from Consolidated. Previously I used Frontier for my label needs. Consolidated beats their pricing dramatically and is equally as easy of a service to use if not easier.”

“I've been in the Marketing and HBA industry for almost 30 years..... and I have to say that Consolidated Label is one of the best in the business. I manage artwork development and Print production all packaging, promotional materials and advertising for our Global HBA company. It is a highly competitive and challenging position, so its vital and necessary to have very detail oriented CSR Team, Sales Rep and Print production Suppliers. Majority of my time is proofing Pre-Press materials to be sure we get BEST visual output possible for our shrink sleeves, labels, stickers, etc..... Consolidated is one of my best vendors and I look forward to more and more work with them for many more years to come.
