“By far a fantastic company to deal with so understanding and caring and they actually help you. The support that I have had from them has been amazing. They don't make you feel stupid that you have buried your head in the sand and got yourself into debt and it will not go away trust me I know but now the world has been lifted off my shoulders would highly recommend them”

“I spoke to a lovely lady Charlotte. She was very helpful, understanding and reassuring during our entire phone call. Giving me ALL the advice on my options with pros and cons to them all. She was genuinely very friendly on the phone. Made me feel less stressed about all my worries by helping me through everything. This service I advise to anyone with large and small debts you are worried about!”

“I cannot praise this company enough. So very helpful and very easy to understand, there was never any judgement from them about our situation. When reading the reviews before contacting money worries i thought this company might be too good to be true but i have never been dealt with by such lovely people, and believe me the reviews you read are 100% true. Cannot praise them enough and my husband and i can now start enjoying life again and to be honest wish we had done this alot earlier”

“I wish to give my recommendations for use of this company. They are helpful, courteous and best of all, they understand any financial hardship and will not judge you on anything. I thought to write a review but I feel its better to share my last email that I sent, as this sums up exactly my opinion of Consumer Money Worries. Hi Simon, Hope you are well and all ready for Christmas. I just wanted to drop you an email and let you know on my progress with debt path/plan. I have managed to secure some benefits that I didn't know that I was entitled to. Them being Child-tax credits and Housing benefit. Child-tax credits. I had to speak and pester a little for the Child-tax credits, as they were initially saying that I didn't qualify due to last years earnings. With a bit of a push and me not taking that as an answer they agreed to review my claim, which resulted in them awarding us. Housing benefit. This was a little bit of a shock to me, but after using an online calculator. I was made aware that I could possibly be entitled to housing benefit. This was a very straight-forward application. I had to go down to my local library and make the claim from there.(Which I thought was the best approach rather than to print off a form and post it). This has also now been awarded and paid fortnightly. Its not the full rent but nearly a quarter. Which is certainly a step in the right direction. I had my own hang-ups on following through with an IVA and believe that now with the added money coming in, I should now be able to get hold of my debt problem and tackle it head on, paying off as much as I can each month, without having to go through with one. I just want to say a big thank you for your time on the phone, and the time you have set aside for me. I can honestly say that I believe it was yourself that helped inspire some determination in me to sort things out. Of course if it wasn't for the benefits, I believe this email would read very differently but without your help I would never have chased up any entitlements. Thanks again and hope you wonderful Christmas.”

“I was very Happy with the service I received, from the first point of contact until the end, Simon Neary who I spoke to first was very kind and put me at ease straight away he was very patient as I was very upset whilst talking things though. He later phoned and emailed me to ask if I was alright. I'm very happy with the help I've received and the professional way it has been done I just wish I had heard about your company before thank you”

“Matt Could I please ask you to read and please forward this e-mail to Gary Natasha and Michelle. I would just like to give the biggest and most grateful thank you to all of you for the amazing job you all did on my behalf to sort out my debts, I have never in my life been in debt and to end up in this position I find my self in and under such tragic surcumstances due to death of my husband was deverstating, but thanks to Natasha from my first phone call who was there every step of the way,with such support and sympathy above and beyond her job she was amazing, through to Matt and Gray doing all the meetings and paper work, making sure I new what I was getting onto and understanding every detail and the out come of what an IVA in tailed, also done with such kindness and patients with me from both of them, through to my phone call today after the my meeting with Michelle on the phone who made sure that I knew the out come and any changes along with what to do should any of my debtors try to contact me in the future . Today I cried with relief knowing that I could now carry on with my life without worrying every day about my debts and money and how I was going to live from day to day I can now thanks to you all start to greave for the loss of my husband and look back on 44yrs of marriage and all the memories we had, for this I will be eternally grateful to each and every one of you THANK YOU”
