“I’m sorry but the cookies did not suit me I became constipated early on the diet and have just gone to the toilet with the aid of movicol I gained weight on the diet I loved the cookies they were moorish I finished the cookies as advised but the problem persisted unless I took Movicole I can recommend them to others as the biscuits are nice. But expensive.
They work for more than me so I can say give them a try unfortunately I became constipated which was unusual for me being regular every morning it was no good not to go for a week or more till I took Movicol.

“I really wanted to try 2 different types of cookies but the way the order set up works was instead of ordering 2 - 3 different types of cookies I was only allowed to order 2 X 1 week supply, so everything is chocolate instead of chocolate & 1 of the other flavours. If you ordered large numbers you are accommodated for but for smaller numbers like a weeks worth you can only have 1 flavour. So we're clear a Friend & myself wanted to give the cookies a try with a weeks supply & instead of choosing chocolate plus a different flavour it was NO just chocolate or 2 of any other flavours so we couldn't mix & match or taste which one's were nicer etc. I guess it's difficult to turn around to the other bench or walk across the room.
Haven't been delivered yet so I can't review that.”
