“Had got used to previous Countertop dishwasher, some differences that make it harder tp use - e.g when selecting program have no idea how long it will take until selection is made, I personally done like this”

“I have ordered a couple of items recently (Cooker hood and Combi Microwave) on separate occasions and both orders were delivered very quickly. I had to arrange for an item to be delivered to Scotland so contacted their customer services to arrange a specific delivery date - they were very quick in responding to my email and delivery in Scotland was spot on. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, my combi microwave was damaged when I unpacked it. Again, contacted their helpdesk and provided photos of the damaged items as per their guidance on the website. They were quick to respond and were apologetic. As the microwave was built in, the damage to the outer casing would not be seen so I settle on a partial refund rather than return after I tested that the microwave was in full working order. The refund process was very quick. I would have given 5 stars had the item not been damaged. All in all a very good service was provided by Cookology and the items purchased look great.”

“Looks great, and works to expectations. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 ⭐️, which it deserves, is I found the slider for fan and light to be too narrow for bigger fingers. Otherwise I would recommend this to anyone who has a larger kitchen.”

“Suggest providing Brass Diverter, 3 Way sink faucet splitter which fit for Kitchen Sink Faucet select option in order accessory, I need to wait for another order of these parts begin to use the dishwasher.”

“This dishwasher was ordered for a customer, and I have just installed it. The packaging was very good with plenty of protection. Setting up the water softener was described well within the instructions, and going by the weight of the product I felt that this was hopefully a good buy. The customer is in their 90's, so ease of use was important, and I was able to show them how to programme and start the appliance with reasonable confidence. It would have been helpful to have some small samples of wash tabs, rinse aid etc. as I was unable to then set a wash in progress immediately. Delivery was very efficient, thank you!”

“Items are not due to arrive for another few days and the only negative was the delivery on a pallet that required me to take the day off as I couldn't leave them in the cul-de-sac whilst I was at work. Looking forward to their arrive as I think they'll look pucker”

“Pleased with the electric solid plate hob. Unfortunately, there were two small defects on the surface of the enamel which were not noticed until after installation. However, the hob was delivered very quickly and on time and improves the look of my kitchen.”

“Bought a "matching" set of an oven plus a combination microwave/oven. The microwave arrived with a broken glass front door, but customer services arranged shipment of a replacement immediately. The LED display on the two units uses a different shade/brightness, which stops them from looking as if they are intended to be a pair, which is a minor thing that Cookology could/should fix. And they left the broken unit for us to dispose of which was strange (a new sheet of glass installed at the factory and it could have been re-sold as a refurbished unit to recover some costs). And it was a bit inconvenient for us. For: Look good (not perfect), work well, good (not perfect) customer service”
