“Love the organic bone broths which I use in all of my soups, casseroles and gravies. Fast and efficient service although I was a little disappointed on my last order to be offered free delivery on the home page but wasn’t given the option at checkout.”

“Received my latest two box order and pleased to report no issues with stuff defrosting this time. But, thank goodness I read the brown piece of paper in with the invoice which told me about the new freezer blocks. I have tons of the previous type in my freezer already so was going to ditch these by emptying them down the sink BUT we have a septic tank so that could have been a problem. So now I have these in my freezer too! PLEASE could you try and find something that is okay for septic tanks - I'm sure loads of your customers living rurally are on septic tanks like me. The meat all looked excellent quality as ever, many thanks.”

“Good selection on the website and very easy to order. Very clear, good delivery. Marked down one because the freezer blocks it came with were meant to be ice we could melt away into the sink but turned out to contain some gel-like substance and I had no idea what to do with it - should it go down the sink, in the recycling or what?”
