“The reason for just 3 stars is that I overcooked it- it is in no way a reflection of the quality of the product. I meant to order 1 gammon joint of 3 kgs and did not notice I had ordered 3 joints of 1 kg each until I got home from picking it up. This has proved to be just as well as the guests who were coming were not able to because of new Covid restrictions. The remaining two are in the freezer and when I cook them will do so for less time.”

“The Turkey crown was absolutely delicious everyone commented on how moist and flavoursome it was when cooked. Even in these uncertain times it arrived promptly and well packaged to keep it cool and good condition. Will definitely order again.”

“Not very impressed, looked grey when unwrapped, possibly owing to having no nitrates. Taste was acceptable but I won't buy it again”

“Ordered the small Christmas box plus a Silverside joint and a Gammon joint. All the meat was superb plus the additional items in the Christmas box. It was good to be able to refer back to the website for recommended cooking instructions. Also, delivery driver was excellent.”
