“Wonderful food - organic suet makes fabulous puddings - made a wonderful beef and kidney pud. Great bacon. Pig skin makes fabulous 'scratchings'. Will keep buying”

“A seamless service and the fillet steaks were excellent. I also contacted the customer service team to clarify whether the sausages and bacon could be refrozen as they were slightly squishy, and received a helpful reply. I would prefer the steaks and bacon to be wrapped in butchers paper rather than a vacuum pack though.”

“Unfortunately the steaks were sent frozen and by the time they arrived, the meat was partially defrosted so couldn’t then refreeze. I shan’t be ordering again. It would be a lot better if the meat was vac packed and sent out fresh because then it would at least stayed chilled. I cannot see how you can send out frozen products with ice packs and expect them to stay frozen once out of the freezer.”
