“Excellent quality very prompt delivery very well packaged and still frozen solid at 2pm when I was able to unpack and store 1 observation not criticism as I live alone it would be great to have portions packed in smaller portions eg pork belly, lemon sole and monkfish Thanks”

“Cooked this in the slow cooker with Guinness, shallots, celery, juniper berries and bay leaves - what a treat and delicious in a cold roast beef and horseradish sandwich. It rendered down loads of beef dripping too which I use for roast potatoes. Nothing gets wasted in this household.”
