Having had a catalogue posted to me with free delivery code on all products up to 26.7.15. I ordered a product which i received OK, along with a £5 gift voucher for my next order. I was also given another £5 voucher to entice me to order more goods. Trying to to reorder more goods of my families choice on line I was told you cannot use the same free delivery code again. Contacting Coopers by mail they gave me another free delivery code to use. but I still cannot combine the discount voucher and free delivery in one order.Having been given free delivery originally, and a discount voucher as well. What is the point of being given both offers if you cannot use them together. To use your voucher you have to pay the equivalent amount in postage , or get free postage and not use your discount voucher. This is a no brainer, The discount vouchers are worthless if you have to pay to use them. Sorry Coopers if that is the way you do business its not for me. Having been in business all my life, if one of my employees came up with a scam like that, they would have very quickly been looking for new employment.

Please read my other review I have asked coopers to delete all reference to me as I will never ever use them again in my opinion they are the worst internet company I have ever used. Customer service does not exist even if you are lucky to get hold of them they are rude and are not interested in your problem I have asked 3 times to be deleted from their mail list have they done it NO

Ordered a set of ceramic frying pans advertised as "suitable for all hobs". I have a Rayburn, the pans were OK the first few times used but then the ceramic was burned off and things stick worse than any other pan I have ever used. Complained to Coopers but nothing heard back from them. Have since bought a ceramic pan from John Lewis which is fine, so the problem was the quality of the pan from Coopers. Won't buy from them again.

I have purchased two mimi cultivators from Coopers and we were very pleased with them but about three weeks ago someone broke into our allotment security shed and stole all our gear.

I've bought numerous items from this firm, and find them one of the best stores I have dealt with, the goods I've bought ( very varied) from pans to garden furniture etc have without exception, been of the highest quality, and if I've had a query, the staff could not be more helpful, I'm an elderly person and have no reason to tell anything other than the truth, Im not too good at the "on line" lark, so usually do my buying over the phone, but I'd recommend them to everybody, the garden furniture I've just received is abs lovely, I'm over the moon with everything, which prompted me to want to leave this review. Xxxxx

I purchased the instant water boiler and for the first 7 weeks it was working really well Then I went to make myself a cup of tea and it would not boil there was electricity running through it because the switch on the side was lit but when you press the switch to get hot water there was nothing the element only seems to last a short time This has not just happens to me but 2 other members of my family experienced the same problem So anyone reading this review do not buy this water boiler it's a rip off

Teasmade - OrderWEB8470375 - Cannot comment on product I am still awaiting delivery. On service - first of all The online order form would not accept my £ 5 delivery voucher. Now with non delivery I tried to make an enquiry as to when I could expect delivery to be told electronically that I would receive an answer but after 30 sweconds. After further four minutes of expensive phone call I put the phone down. I can only hope some information will come my way and a refund of the £5 delivery charge

I ordered GR/WHT stripe white curtain and six solar lights good delivery within a week,and very pleased with the goods. It arrived by corrier within time of estimate all checked out working will carry on ordering from coopers! excellent! 22/6/2015.Elleen Dabson.

lawn mower have had for 2 years and am advising it is good product rating 3 stars as normal service for mail order quite cheap product and have no problem so far so hoping it will stay like it delivery think was not great 1-2 day think it was about 8 days so poor in that sense could improve on delivery by looking at reviews have ordered lot of stuff and sometimes get a voucher but delivery annojing

ordered two wall clocks buy one get one free. one was black and one was silver. they cost me 19.99 for two. i also had free postage when i ordered. the items came in 7 days which although is not next day delivery was not bad. when the clocks arrived one stopped working after a week - to my disappointment - phoned coppers and they sent me a replacement. i found this hassle free and what i expected as one was broken. good deal and and nice not paying delivery for once so pleased overall

I ordered a wash cart, as had my old one for years. I phoned them to say the actual bag is far too big for the frame and flies off unless it has a very heavy wet washload in it. Offered a replacement but with no guarantee it would be any different, and nobody else had complained.Absolutely no training in politeness or customer satisfaction. Was told to leave outside in a black sack and someone would collect it. let's hope the refund follows. Don't waste your money on these rubbish items and service.

I bought a rotavator many regrets. Seemed fine. However when it is put away for a while it. Refuses to start. Whole thing has to be stripped down and worked on. the staff were very unhelpful. This item cost £160 and was used once before it went wrong. There is no manufacturers details so I was unable to get any advice I won't buy anything else from this company

After writing my review about this company I have looked at many others and personally I think all the good reviews have been written by staff from coopers because it does appear that almost everything they sell is cheap overpriced crap.. I wish that I had read these reviews before my regretful purchase

We bought the door canopy and extension kit after reading " It was easy to fit " written by " Mr P.B.. What utter rubbish, the canopy is a nightmare to put up. we thought it came as seen in the catalogue ready to put up, but NO IT DOES"NT.. You have to struggle and bend a flat sheet of perspex and put rubber seals on before slotting the ends on, this is not a job you can do single handed.. the whole design is wrong relating to the holes in the framework, difficult to put a pilot hole in top wall anchor hole and to make matters worse if you have attempted to erect the canopy and you want to change your mind and return it you will struggle to get assistance in doing this, I did. i have now given up and will not be buying anything else from Coopers

Ordered a large awning received 12th May with no call text or shipping notification, item was dumped on my front path I live on a very busy main road! leaving me to drag it indoors on opening no fixing brackets or screws was told they would send them out urgently then next day got a call saying they do not supply parts so would need to order another awning BUT they are now out of stock!! An absolutely shambles of an organisation, communication non existent along with their customer service skills DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE, I am now awaiting a courier to pick it up and a full refund along with a cover I ordered for it, it is now 11th June TERRIBLE

The warehouse/depot needs investigating. Most items I have ordered have been damaged and one item had a large water mark when I came to assemble it. Most annoying when it is a large item to re-pack and return. This has put me off ordering any items especially large ones.

brought spray mop with microfiber head, first one head attachment broke , wife liked mop it so ordered 2 more,. one works the other spray not working . first time of using. cheap & nasty, good idea pity not made better.

I bought a grill/oven two years ago and was extremely pleased with it, but recently the thermostat gave up, so I contacted Coopers, who said immediately "A replacement is on its way". I was fully prepared to buy another one if they could assure me that it would last longer than two years, but they just assured me that I would get a replacement and wouldn't have to return the old one. I have never ever had such wonderful service and will continue to shop with Coopers.

bought a car cam and a sd card which cost more than the cam.worked for a week then packed up. tried everything no joy. left it on windscreen in van and thieves nicked it. cost 182 for new side window.best advice on ad was tuck in glove box.best advise i give dont buy cheap crap stuff in first place
