kevin cox in the last week-Edit Placed an order with Coopers as a father’s day gift on the 5th May, received confirmation of order and in stock, received invoice, received email stating that the item was waiting to be dispatched, 2 weeks later still waiting for item, contacted sales, I was informed that they had no stock and my order had been cancelled, no other item was offered as a replacement. Contacted customer services the person that I spoke too didn’t careless.<br/>Contacted the management the response was much the same, no customer service what so ever, sent a further email to the management not had a reply, unable to contact any person with authority, would I recommend this company? No definitely not.

I ordered a water boiler at the end of January '15. Mid April '15 tge on/off switch at tge side jammed, fortunately in the on possition so I was still able to use it. I tekephoned the company and spoke to Ben. He was poiite, helpfull and very professional. He arranged a replacement which duly arrived as promised. Gerry Wright Bicester

I bought a mahogany shelf unit, when I opened the box, there were no fixings for the unit. I phoned up and it took them a week to deliver the fixings. To my dismay there were no shelf support pins in the packet. So I have a shelf unit that has NO shelf. I have now waited 11 days for shelf support pins to be delivered. My shelving unit is not fit for the purpose it was advertised as. I will not be purchasing anything further from this company and would certainly not recommend them at this time.

Non SlipLoofah Shower Mat I purchased the mat on 1st April (yes!) mat is non slip although the suction pads don't work well, it has been lifted and rinsed daily, but sad to say is now mouldy and muddy brown colour and is now in the bin. total waste of money.

Have the soup maker and soup recipe book but also have a steamer and egg boiler. Wish they would supply information on the later for use with the soup maker.

Very disappointed with bathroom organiser. Three different white coloured panels. No covers for screw holes, so looks very unsightly. Customer service unhelpful.

Atrocious company, expensive, poor quality goods and I believe very crafty. They use Hermes to deliver goods but customers cannot use Hermes to return goods. Instead customers must use Royal Mail or Parcel Force which often means cost of return is higher than the value of the item to be returned. This hints that many customers will not return goods hence money made!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Battery lawnmower from this company and the battery lasted for 2 seasons. As it was over two years old I was not entitled to a replacement and when I ordered a replacement it cost me £24.00. When the battery arrived it could not be charged as the connections were not compatible. Coopers then guided me to the manufacturer who informed me the battery was to cost £45.00. Coopers stated they no longer supply batteries for this lawnmower. The lawnmower is now lying useless as the cost of a battery is nearly the cost of a new lawnmower. I cannot charge the old battery.

My goods did not arrive I waited in for two days 2 days tracked the goods with DHL marked delivery error. Phoned coopers I spoke to a gentleman that was almost rude I told him all the problems he then said you have the wrong Dept ring again I insisted he passed the complaint on. Coopers only have a part time customer services 10 till 4 I rang twice and e-mailed twice NO RESPONSE I managed to contact coopers they were not interested in my complaint only that they would dispatch again.I asked for a refund and to have my details deleted. I use internet shops a all the time but have never ever had such bad service.

I purchased 4 bottles of "Stone , Patio & Decking Cleaner" and its worse than useless . The patio was no cleaner than when I started . This product certainly does not do what it says on the bottle . Infact they should be prosicuted under the trade discriptions act . I tried to get my money back on the three remaining bottles but because I was just outside the 28 days they point blank refused . I will never use this company again .

They state a maximum of 28 days for the delivery. If you read the terms and conditions before you place an order maybe you will all avoid disappointment?

I have just purchased a Microwave fat Fryer, very disappointed at the flimsy instructions, no timings for frozen chips, says to thaw everything except PIZZA, VERY MISLEADING.

Received my magnetic fly screen easy to put up but the magnet should be a lot thicker in size and maybe have a stitched on handle to help you open and close it. Otherwise it ok

Ordered 2 items supposedly both in stock. Only sent out one which was marked as sent to wrong depot on Hermes website. Phoned up to enquire, miserable sounding woman answered and was offered a refund which I stupidly turned down. Hermes now says order generated and I'm still waiting. Don't know who's at fault the most but I'm going to cancel the order. I get an impression of complete apathy and incompetence from this company.

Terrible customer service, staff do not seem to know what they are doing, ordered a wheeled garden sprayer, it was damaged on delivery so arranged for courier to pick it up, he picked up damaged item but knew nothing about a replacement. I called them only to be told item now out of stock. I requested a refund which they failed to do. Received a booklet through the post saying item was now in stock (this was 2 days later) I reordered item and ended up paying for two. I also ordered a set of garden tiles, buy two get one free, I am still waiting for the third. Would not buy anything again from this so called "family firm" they have no regard for their customers. I also object to there high priced phone tariff.

Regarding my previous feedback. The item ordered 'Tyre pressure monitor' was delivered at the time Customer Services stated. Quality of the item is good and functions perfectly well. So worth the wait.

I have given 1 star because there is nothing less. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Their website didn't work properly so I emailed them, must have been 5 or 6 times at least. I asked them to ring me but basically they refused even though I had explained it was their website that was at fault. They would only give me an 084 number to ring them on, which I would have to pay for. In the end I told them I wanted no more to do with them & to remove my data. They preferred to do this rather than ring me to sort the problem & take my order. UNBELIEVABLE!
